发帖数: 10466 | 2 玩过维多利亚2的都知道，1835年游戏开始时有8个Great Power，中文翻译成列强，我
觉得是很有意思的概念。
某些人总是偷换概念，比如赵策赵老师，认为民国以弱胜强，打败了日本。
而我个人认为的是——Great Power概念产生以后，大规模的战争所谓胜败，是只有
Great Power国家才能拥有的，其它国家基本上都是酱油国，胜败区别不大。
Great Power的特点是：
1.有自己完整的发动战争的理由（Casus Belli）以及战争目标（War Goal），而不是
说“因为它打我所以我就只能抵抗”，或是“宗主国与对方开战了，so do I”，甚至
“我们只是在包围网参加者中，糊里糊涂就开战了，系统默认的”；战争目标应该是“
占领对方首都”、“割地”或是“强迫对方承认失败”，而不应该是“抵抗住对方就可
以了”、“我们在等外部援军”；
2.有强大完整的工业体系，能够自给自足，有自己的军事体系，不是5万吨钢就解决问
题了；
3.能够领导非Great Power，与其他Great Power是联合或是战争状态，而不是从属；

发帖数: 21077 | 3 1. 日清战争的Casus Belli是Colonization Conquest，是争夺殖民地的战争，所以日
本占了朝鲜已经完成目标，只要拖下去，日本方面的胜利分数不断上升；而殖民征服的
Aggression Expansion很低，所以西方列强不会干涉；
2. 厌战，由于失败太多，而且很可能丢了首都，满清厌战太高，最后会导致叛乱，大
清变大明了，呵呵；说到底，常校长时代毕竟是民族主义时代，对外作战还降低叛乱所
以民国厌战很高时叛乱也低；而满清比较惨，还不是民族国家，所以为了防止厌战过高
自爆，只能议和；
3. 封港，海军一旦战败，对方就会封港，贸易就断了，收入下降，厌战增加；
4. 战争赔款可以多年还清，但短时间内恐怕拿不出这么多钱；
5. 掠夺。日本长时期占领可以逐渐掠夺补充经济，而满清的经济只能更差； |

发帖数: 21077 | 4 扯淡啊，逼宫事件挖皇陵事件导致满清皇族海日亲戚溥仪投靠皇军，并且建立满洲国，
天命和继承权都跟随而去了。
所以日本还可以以“为附庸国满洲国收复失地”为Casus Belli进攻汉地，因为大清曾
经在全中国都有核心。
所以，如果苏联没有灭亡满洲国，而是把它收为附庸的话，至少对满洲来说，苏联的统
治权比民国、中共都要更合法。
我的理解是苏联内部认为无法消化过大的满洲地区，加上毕竟满洲给中共可以拉拢中共
，所以没有这么做。 |

EU4里面，大明自爆之后中国会出现十几个甚至几十个小国，但P社非常贴切地加了个
Casus Belli：Unify China还是什么的，50%的AE，使得这些小国会互相吞并，直到形
成几个大国或是最后统一。
神罗折腾几百年最后被拿破仑日了狗，中国最多100年，就差不多该统一了。
也是个奇特现象。 |

because US and SEA countries are not going to negotiate with China, at least
not with any result favorable to China.
The only way to start the negotiation is to find an excuse to use military
force to push one or more of the countries out of S. Sea. Then they will
