期，通过历史资料介绍
对人类文明产生巨大影响的科学理论、工程技术、人文思想。。。。从计算机到核潜艇
，从外科手术到艺术流派，anything you can think of , you can find an episode
about it，more or less :)。一期节目通常3－4分钟适合attention span较短的成
年人，especially小孩子。同时还有相应的文字和图片配套，对应的参考资料。 非常
不错liberal education 的材料。我个人也觉得这是个不错的旅游companion:)
在美国的朋友很多广播电台carry这个program, 外地的也可以通过互联网听，or
podcast from ipad, ipod,iphone.

发帖数: 2834 | 37 Cataclysm 开了一个礼拜，天天排队。怎么那么多人，晚上7点开机，排队2500+，基本
上11点多才登陆的进去。
以前的 chinese guild也烟消云散，不过也好，自己慢慢各处溜达，倒也清闲；满屏幕
各式各样的英文，就当练习E文。昨天搞了大半夜，总算清光了海底世界的任务；准备
进军 海加尔山了。
比较的遗憾，新版本彻底改变了地图，自己最喜欢的贫瘠之地，莫高雷，被一道天堑划
断，看片头动画，好像是巨龙死亡之翼之“杰作”。
雄伟的奥格瑞玛，变得乱糟糟，居然总是迷路。伟大的部落首领 凯恩.血蹄，还有萨尔
，都不知道到哪里去拯救世界，还没有找到，唉 |
