发帖数: 744 | 4 车子两个半月没开，idle speed忽高忽低，但check engine light没亮。于是前天拿去修车，换了个idle control的东西+labor $250。回来出去开了20mile之后，check engine light亮了，查code是P0420 Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold。想问下跟之前换的东西有没有联系，修车的说要换一个Catalyst Converter，旧的也要$5、600。我没有被他黑了？谢谢
车子是99 Acura TL。 |

muffler的店，就告诉我，是只能换了，需要250 包括labor。 好像是after market的
零件，有3年质保。
另一个是店里order dealer的原件，加labor需要520. 只知道有些车型号必须用原厂
的，我的车有after market的型号。但是不知道是不是容易坏。。。很担心，求问是不
是也像第一个原装的catalyst convertor一样，可以用十年

converter得换，如果换大众原装的要1000多；我又去一个大众4S店，报价更贵，接近
2000了。有这么夸张吗？
网上搜的catalyst converter倒是便宜，几百块，可是我不会换…
另外弱问，如果暂时不换，对发动机会有损害吗？ |

catalyst 可以是贱贱的analyst upgrade,也可以是习大大lift the ban,也可以是SINA
手上的portfolio 水涨船高，得了大家最终认可，。。。
但今天盘前等来了，却是这么一达陀陀，当然对holder来说，利大于B，CEO votes on
confidence. 但我不清楚为何代表股东的董事会会无征兆的可以定向增发11MM股票给
CEO，目前流通股约60MM，新发占了20%。新浪现金已经过多，不需要注血。
SINA算是股权最分散的中概了，草会计2009玩了一出MBO (management buyout), 大赚
一笔之后，发现根本不需要这样做来控制股权，中概架构决定了，不需要占啥股份，管
理层也能控制公司，把股票售空了，大赚一笔。现在又开始再次玩控股了。这次背后的
故事可能更丰富了，花街需要的就是故事。
我是今天收盘前全卖出了，我不看空，也认为SINA可能还大有空间，因为草会计之流自

发帖数: 205 | 14 2004年的hyundai santa fe. 刚买了两个星期，去firestone检查，说没什么问题。
上个星期天开车出去玩，高速开了20分钟有几个大的上坡，就一直油门踩的很深。快到
坡顶的时候，油门一下轰得很响，然后 engine check light就亮了。把油门松开后再
重新踩下去就正常行驶了。后来开了两天发动机转速正常（开空调的时候local 不到
2000转，高速不到3000转），水温也正常。
我觉得尾气味道有点怪，像混了一点烧塑料的味道。我老公说我是心理作用。。。。
今天去autozone 读了一下code，P0421，catalyst efficiency low-bank 1。小儿让买
了火花塞，说先换了火花塞再看。我买是买回来了，但是google了一下觉得好像不相关
啊。
请版上的高人们指点一下，这种情况最大可能是什么啊？修一下大概什么价位呢？
出门的前一天刚在sam's club加过油，还去AAA car care 换过engine oil.会有关系吗?

续开，今天去读了code，结果是P0420，显示是关于排气系统的问题，对应的是
Catalyst System的问题。
车子刚满12万mile，车铺说可能和这个有关系，因为不在local，所以没有做深入检查
，只说继续开回家没有问题（4h+），要彻修那个部件的话可能还比较贵，要一千三+。
打算开回家去常去的车铺检查，因为听说彻修比较贵，所以来请教，关于code P0420的
问题，有什么好的处理办法，以及这种情况下check engine亮黄灯继续行驶，是不是不
会有什么重大隐患。

报价要$1700多

点，到现在也开了2000迈左右了。本来修车店跟我说暂时不换catalyst converter只会
影响我emission test的结果，但是最近我觉得发动机运行的时候多了一些噪音（在车
里听不出来，站在引擎盖旁边能听出来）。 |

Avoid "Catco" brand! That's all crap and will give you trouble. I had very
bad experience with Catco.
Btw, if you are in CA, check the CAP (Consumer Assistance Program) program.
They might give you some funding for changing the CAT. I got $500 for having
my CAT replaced and only paid some 200$ out of pocket. That was in 2012.

其实前面为了叙述清楚我省略了一节，我的引擎灯亮的这几个月期间它曾经自动灭过两
三个星期，然后我用一个蓝牙接头和电脑软件连接了车上电脑，虽然引擎灯不亮，但是
表征catalyst系统有问题的code还在（P0420）。
过了一段时间引擎灯又亮了，这期间我一直都用同一家加油站。 |

hot fix。
变动的内核函数是 compat_alloc_user_space，被改名成 arch_* 了，然后重新定义一
个 compat_alloc_user_space，调用老的 compat_alloc_user_space。
两个版本的函数连参数都是一样的，但是写在不同的文件里面，让使用这个函数的
driver 出错。
不知道为什么整这么复杂。 |
