班通常起飞24小时之前可以通过customer service agents 使用里程或者花钱升舱。
空乘在空中所有的权利都是基于公司的policy. 没有人想拿自己的工作来开玩笑。尊重
乘客，照顾需要帮助的人，这是空乘人员的基本职业素养。但这与升舱无关。
遇到超售或者其他特殊情况时给乘客升舱，也是地勤才有的权利。因为商务舱多一个或
少一个客人会牵涉到catering等多个地面部门的协调。登机门一关，说什么都是too
late.
超售而造成的升舱，有严格的规章制度，各等级的Elite members,然后是经济舱不同舱
位/票价，依次排序。Rule is the rule. 不管哪家航空公司，对升舱的管理都是非常

错的是没有在孩子的婴儿阶段就早早地给喂各种食物有关，现在都吃罐头瓶装的baby
food。
象中国人一样早早得就给宝宝吃一般食物，孩子长大多半没有任何食物过敏的。
孩子学校里的nuts过敏是很烦，很多学校都是nuts free的，真的是很麻烦。不小心在
bakery里买的点心给孩子到到学校里当午饭吃（暑假班没catering servcie的时候），
