1. 还是去24小时有医生照顾堵医院比较靠谱，我们当时在亲戚家过圣诞节，去的一家
不错的医院，住院两个晚上，后来医生给写的报告超级详细。晚上医生照顾好像主要是
看看猫咪精神状态怎么样，排尿状态怎么样，catheter状态怎么样之类的。猫尿堵一般
就是1500到1900美元左右，我觉得基本没有可能降低费用。住院是必须的，因为
catheter插到尿道里之后要等到排尿量到一定标准了才能拿下来，根本不可能接回家观
察，除非你是vet。。。catheter之后膀胱有可能发炎，如果发炎了，抗生素要吃一两
个星期才行。
2. 我个人觉得处方罐头不好，因为我只找到了Royal Chain做Urinary Support的罐头

The procedure of VCUG is invasive: that's because they use a foley catheter.
I don't think this hurt at all. Your ped used a foley catheter
when he diagnosed the UTI, didn't he?
Each time when there is a doubt about the UTI, an insersion of foley
catheter might be cosidered, I think.
Actually, my concern about the VCUG is the X_ray.
But It is the only test that can diagnose reflux.

radiation 的dose 是完全操作者控制的。做interventional procedure (放contrast
）在血管里都用那个catheter 的。只不过尺寸和长度不一样。怎么会放不进你的
uterus . 你去医院做吧，医院每天都有多个radiologist ,这个不行，马上可以换人
。catheter的尺寸也齐全的。就向你OB要个hsg的order就行了。你的子宫肌瘤做了手术
吧？不取也不能怀孕的。

手术有风险，风险是手术一侧神经的变弱或萎缩。原文:The risks of this surgery
are weakness to the lower extremity (the operative side).
若是非同侧，或者两侧都出现问题，则应该是疾病本身造成的而不是手术造成的。
问题：那些被报道的，到底是两侧都有问题，还是就手术侧有问题。还有，就用这个做
个retrospective study 去验证一下安全性，很简单吧。
另，有医生表示：
“肖氏术取用的是单侧一段运动神经，这段神经功能丧失后出现的是废用性萎缩而不是

小黑的尿道搞通了，现在很容易挤出尿来，所以就没有再装catheter。但医生还是建议

PICC line (peripherally inserted central cathete)一般通过头静脉和肱静脉放入
，放PICCline需要certification,一般是护士和IR做。主要适用长期abx的病人比如
osteomyelitis,endocarditis.我们这里因为护士采血，碰到胖的病人难扎的病人都放
PICC line.放好后护士会叫你看XR确认位置。再就是declotting PICC line，一般用
alteplase 2mg.记得一个intern写错了dose，他order了40mg alteplase,还得药剂士跑
来以为是acute stroke的病人。

首先非常感谢ACAP的帮助，让我们在NYHQ能一直有机会。我来到NYHQ医院做了一个
月的OB. 虽然知道这个机会来之不易而且还有很多XDJM在报名排队，我在来之前还是有
些犹豫。因为可以在我所在的城市里的教学医院做OB，为什么要离开家人和工作，来到

，只是没有机会再做长一些时间。
NYHQ位于法拉盛区（Flushing），医院大厅标注着英文、中文、韩文、俄文等等，

catheter check? sometimes i just think they want to make money from you ah.
i did one catheter check the first time but it didn't work because they
said my bladder was not full (damn they asked me to pee in the cup just
before of course my bladder was not full.) but they still charged me for it
. and i had to go in to do it again the second time. |

catheter into the uterine. My doctor mentioned it to me before when it took
him sereral times to put the catheter in. But other than that, no other
people mentioned that to me in the following IUIs. I have to remember it
myself.
They always said you can resume regular activities after IUIs.

发帖数: 356 | 47 今天去做HSG,没想到医生捣鼓了半天对我说：子宫口太紧， 插不进去catheter。下个
月再做Sonography。 说是有Ultrosound照着能找准子宫口然后插入catheter。 没想到
这种怪事都会发生在我身上。之前又是消炎药又是止疼片得吃， 结果无功而反。过程
倒没有疼痛， 不过那个感觉真是。。。
姐妹们有没有人遇到过这种情况啊？

发帖数: 124 | 48 我是shg的时候遇到这种情况，catheter怎么也进不去。医生决定先做hsg (x-ray)
看子宫口的情况再作shg，结果hsg 时候发现子宫tilted and flip to the back。不过
最终还是找到了放catheter的方法，第二次就做成了。后来mock transfer 和transfer
都很顺利。 |

的会议发言.
估计是把一年效果的幻灯片,加两张幻灯片,没有数据图表语焉不详用的尽是LAYPERSON
的语言,这种弄出来让小护士睁大求直的大眼睛WOW的东西也好意思拉出来当论据?
再说这和肖本人CLAIMED的80%以上有效其中CURE和有改进比2/1相去甚远.可能我们统计
学上有分歧所以没法赞同你的"所以两年的结果跟国内的结论差不远"。
