发帖数: 661 | 5 娃9岁，都是半年洁牙一次，洁牙最后都给加氟。上个月去常规洁牙，洁牙护士给做了
全套上下牙的X-ray，发现有一侧的一颗磨牙有cavity。我看了X片，正常牙齿在X片里
面是呈现白色背景，牙医说灰色阴影的地方，非常浅的一道线，是cavity。没有到牙髓
质。如果医生不指出来，我从片子上是看不出所谓的洞“在哪里。
这种情况，如何处理？会不会打洞、补洞之类的？担心全麻醉的问题。有没有什么保守
的？会不会换牙的时候，这颗molar牙脱落？都知道美国的牙医黑心，担心本来没有必
要继续”治疗“，但是医生故意说得很严重。孩子每天早晚两次刷牙，每次3分钟的样
子。牙刷每2个月更换一次。anti-cavity的漱口水也都在用。基本没有喝soda饮料，糖
偶尔吃一下。fruit snack在学校吃。 |

teeth cleaning 很多时候包括 cavity的修补和填充，所以费用比较高。还有，你要知
道不是医生bill 保险公司多少钱，他们就全付，保险公司是按照合约付钱的，你要看
保险公司 allow 了多少钱。还有 20%那个不是 copay, 应该是 co- insurance. |

是在大庭广众下进行的。
对于第二点实在是在下孤陋寡闻，竟然不知道美国把女性关到看守所之前cavity
search已经是常规，而且是为了保护嫌犯本身，更不知道现在美国女性都时兴在自己隐
秘的cavity里面藏点可以自杀的东西。
至于第三点恕我有点不同意见。十多年前中国的外交官的报酬可能与印度的差不多，只

在我这个水平上，cavity back和blade的区别好像不太大。状况好的时候，用mizuno
mp32的6号和nike cavity基本表现一样 （当然mp32的手感就要好很多），状况差的时
候，两个都差。不过mp32据说是比较forgiving的blade，不知道是不是这样。
现在正在设法卖掉nike cavity，直奔主题。 |

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎

医生先说要拔掉，说cavity已经到bone了
gum已经长到cavity上了
想要save 这颗牙已经compromise了
她说现在要做root canal的话可能也可以
要先把gum弄掉。

发帖数: 770 | 33 一个月前睡觉时突然被疼醒，第二天看牙医，x-ray很干净，没有cavity,没任何dark
spot。然后医生检查了那颗牙齿，说是牙齿上面有slot,导致神经暴露并且被感染，需
要做root canal。我当时对root canal有点犹豫,就没做,自己找点消炎药吃了，后来就
没疼了。这几天突然又疼琪来了，连续3天被牙疼折磨得睡不好觉，基本上都是白天不
疼，晚上睡觉时就疼。google了一下，对照症状，好像是急性牙髓炎。但因为我没有
cavity,x-ray也干净，这样还是必须做root canal吗？有没有其他的能保全牙髓的办法
呢？另外，牙医给的估价是：root canal大概900这样，然后做2个filling，加起来
1100多，她没有说要做crown,是不是表示就不需要crown了呢？还是root canal跟crown
是不可分的？

些病症不会描述，有些在国内吃的比较有效的药，不知道英文的药名是什么，还有
就是这里医生说的病名不能立刻反应出来是什么。在整理以前贴子的时候，发现有

more time, and 酸feeling will go away.
小的cavity，在两颗牙中间. You can wait. Some small cavity do not need
filling. You may check a second opinion. You can wait till next teeth exam
to see the decay. If it is not worse, just forget it. |

no cavities, they do not need x-rays every year. If they have cavities, you
might have to get x-rays for them each year. The dose is small, but still
not good.
Amalgam is generally safe, but it has been banned in children in some
European countries for many years, mostly out of environmental concerns.
Composites are safe, but most of them also have some toxic effects at cell
level.

今天早晨收到医生助手的supervisor，就是正式的doctor的电话，说让我回去，做CAT
scan，说那张肺片上，有可能是肺炎的阴影，也有可能是个lung cavity，意味着是肺
结核，我告诉他我从小就注射了防结核的疫苗，以至于现在皮试还是阳性，去年血检的
结果也证明是非TB携带者，怎么可能是肺结核呢，他说不管怎样，你来检查一下，知道
是不是cavity总归好的，我帮你order了CAT
问题：
1.我吃了抗生素之后好了很多，今天都不烧了，夜里也几乎没咳嗽，只有醒来的时候咳
嗽得厉害些，这个回访有必要么？我是打算周二约我的regular doctor visit，问可不

missed that part.
Your chief complaint is #17, so I am sure there will be a plan for that

问题出在交流上。牙医在检查完了初诊病人后都会有个完整的治疗计划。你第一次洗牙
和第二次维护都是计划的一部分。给你补了18，19而没有给你补17，很显然在该牙医的
计划里，这个牙（智齿）应该拔除，因为如果是补的话，他会在一个区的三个牙会一起
补，而且只需一针麻药。至于第二个牙医给你补上，这就是不同医生治疗计划的差别，
仁者见仁，谈不上malpratice.
另外，在你刚开始注册的时候，一定是填写了包括病史等一些表格的，你肯定没有细看
就签字了，这里就有一个同意治疗的表格。一般的补牙是不需要再签特别的consent
form的，而拔牙和根管治疗需要另签同意书。在这点上是无法告的。一般治疗的同意书
你在注册的时候已经签了。
前面有人说了，小的咬合面的蛆牙x-ray是看不出来的。所以，你不能告医生补错了牙
。如果他给你补的牙包括了邻面，而xray上没有显示，这个倒可以去找个说法。补牙后
的牙过敏是很常见的。xray 上都显示不了的龋应该离神经还远，这二个牙应该没有太
大问题。
非常大， 这点是事实。而这也为DDS对LZ所做的TREATMENT可以有所狡辩。

age of 3. Have you been taking good care of his/her oral hygiene? For a 3
years old, most "back" teeth won't lose till 11 years old. So of course, the
cavities needed to be removed asap. It will be hard for the child to
cooperate, so laughing gas or even general anesthesia is required.
If you think $500 is too much, next time about getting tooth brush and floss
for your child. |

到了二月底，然后因为生病发烧又改了两次，今天终于去看了。一进牙医诊所，娃就很
兴奋，因为屋子中间的鱼缸里居然有乌龟！娃乌龟乌龟叫个不停，直到护士来把我们带
进去。exam room非常不一样，小小的屋子，一半的空间都被一个超级大的bean bag占
了，感觉和一张queen size的床差不多大，然后靠着墙放着大大小小十几二十几个毛绒
动物，还有一个小电视悬挂着，在放cars，我本来很怕娃会大嚎的，看到这个房间之后
我放心了，娃开始还有点腼腆，没一会儿就爬到了bean bag上左躺右躺，对着护士阿姨
抛媚眼。护士问了我娃的习惯，比如饮食，刷牙，喝不喝juice，用不用pacifier或者
其他sucking的习惯之类的。然后就是牙医来了，牙医检查的时候要求娃面对我坐着，
然后仰面放倒，把头放在坐我对面的牙医膝盖上，牙医迅速看了一圈，然后涂了一层氟
就好了，过程很快，娃就对被按倒很不满意嚎了几下就完了,整个过程都比我想象的要

上周去洗牙，X光发现一个cavity，周五再去补。
结果这周一开始疼，悲催啊~
再周二去找牙医复查，X光照了说补的没问题，
但是有可能靠牙神经太近，irritate，inflame了，
回家吃iburprofne。
停了就疼~脸都肿了~~~~5555
牙医说可能要root canal了，
昨天跑了一天医院，看root canal specialist，
我坚持先吃一个礼拜消炎药，不好再回去做root canal。
哎~~~郁闷哇！！！
怀孕的时候还特别喜欢吃甜食，侥幸自己没有糖。
结果还是被牙齿搞到了：（
在想会不会也有可能是我的牙医水平不行，
补个龋齿就把牙神经damange了：（（（
她的说法是她只清除了cavity，
没有动到牙神经~
本来还挺信任她的,去她那5-6年了~
希望消炎药吃完就好起来！ |
