Well, I never expect to be on the top list. This reason is that I am not

I believe that the previous title regarding to someone retract her paper is
misleading. So it is necessary to clear some issue and have an opportunity

to 1: the term of CSC is controversy, but what if I say: "In lung adenocarcinoma, there is a population of tumor cells whose potency (in vivo) is much higher than other population in the same tumor. It is important to study this population of cells. How about we call it tumor initiating cell?"

As pineseed pointed out, too many topics were discussed here.
But my personal interests are:
1. what is the cell origin of different type of lung cancers?
2. does cell origin or mutation decide tumor types?
3. how to model different type of lung cancer?
HGTPase, it seems you are working in this field (more lung development than
lung cancer?), and I hope you can give your opinions. We can also discuss in
private mails for technique details.

我也比较支持KRas induced adenocarcinoma是从type2 cell出来的,从histology很容
易看到。
另外ccsp promoter的specificity比较难说,至少ccsp-rtTA的表达在type2 cell。我当
时看某些文献也糊涂了半天。见G&D 2001 15:3249

细胞中某核受体的基因结合位点。因为老板不喜欢细胞系,所以要用primary cell.
从老鼠肺中分离足够多高纯度的club细胞也比较困难。
实验室有ccsp cre 该核受体FLOXED老鼠。能否通过比较这种老鼠和
WT老鼠全肺中的chip seq信号来推断该核受体在club细胞中的基因结合位点?谢谢 |
