Metric
Celcius
Fahrenheit

My name is Joe Wong. But to most people, I am known as “Who?” which is

I finally find out what your tree--and flowers--is.
(1) I consider many possibilities.
One was the original posting was a hoax. I live in Boston, Massachusetts. On
the assumption that late April in Boston is about late October in Sydney,
Australia, I found it hard to believe that trees are so green in Sydney, let
alone flowers in bloom. (In boston, leaves change color and started falling
in mass about mid-October.)

blot stripping buffer:
100mM beta-Mecaptoethanol
2% SDS
625mM Tris.Hcl pH6.8
To make 50 ml stripping buffer:
41.5ml ddH2O
5ml 20% SDS
3.125ml 1M Tris.HCl pH6.8
0.352ml beta-Mecaptoethanol
To use the buffer to strip the blot:
1. incubate the blot in the stripping buffer for
30 min at 70 celcius degree
2. Wash the blot with PBST five times

l******o 发帖数: 103 | 12 I have the following problem. I want to introduce a point mutation to my
plasmid. The plasmid is super big. So I first cut out a fragment(~4kb) with
XbaI and then ligate it to another vector. After introducing mutation with
mutagenesis kit, the sequencing result is as expected.
Next step is to put the XbaI-XbaI fragment containing the mutation back
into the original clone. After ligation and transformation with DH5alpha I
get a number of colonies (~20) but no colonies in the negative control. B...

I got all the equipment for my LED DIY.
here I put it together:
a 50W LED assembly, a big (16inch x 6 inch x 1 inch ) heat sink.
the 50W power supply to give 30v output (LED is 5 parallel lines of 10 LED
each)
it is quite bright, but I think roughly the same as a 100W equivalent CFL.
the main issue is heat, even with such a big heat sink, the temper...

t*****a 发帖数: 4 | 14 So, it is like different measurement methods for the same physical phenomena?
Like Celcius and Fahrenheit for the same temperature? or maybe engineering
strain and true strain for the same deformation? If that is the case, then
deformation still = strain right? although you can have different numbers or
ways to represent the same thing. Still confused. |
