level between 20 to 30 is insufficiency, below 20 is deficiency, don't ask
me the difference, i think it's purely nomenclature,
it is a disease state, and can be treated,
does your family member lives in cold climate with long winters? or he/she
doesn't have much vit D intake? or maybe has underlying absorption problems
like crohn's disease, celiac disease? more details would be helpful, |

是排除一下有没有其他的疾病。具体好像是化验肝功能，甲状腺功能，还有一个抗体是
检查是否有celiac disease，做这个是因为我说小孩吃得多就拉的多，所以吸收不好，
所以医生做这个检查排除一下。最后化验结果一切正常，医生说回家多喂吧。从那以后
3个月，我们变着花样的给宝宝做吃的，费尽心力终于在3个月后，18个月体检是体重提
到了15％。我们觉得原因有：1。自从6个月开始上daycare老师喂得不精心，爱吃不吃
。2、自从上幼儿园，总是生病，生病时是不可能长体重的。3、确实吸收不是很好，但
是不是病态的吸收不好，不攒肚。4、孩子大了，活动量大了，自然不攒膘。5、随他爸
，胳膊腿细，骨头轻，不压称。5、这别的指标不知道怎么订的，有亲戚从德国来，说
我家宝宝看起来没那么瘦啊，然后用他们的标准算了一下，说在正常范围内。所以如果
你家的宝宝检查结果都正常的话，就不用太担心，慢慢喂吧。 |

很多celiac偏头痛，不吃面筋以后好了，现在也无法证明面筋和头疼有关联，但是绝对
没关系就需要更多的排除证明。
研究牛奶里面casein之前大家不知道这个诱发癌症，后来证实牛奶中whey可以negate
effects。
还有些人基因里缺乏amylase所以不善于消化淀粉，但是没这个缺陷的人吃大米饭就很
happy。做父母的谨慎甚至迷信一点没什么不好，科学也是进步中的，我们不了解的太

发帖数: 30 | 8 首先要搞明白是IBD还是IBS。检测方法是测lactoferrin或者calprotectin。我个人认
为lactoferrin可信度更高。IBD和IBS的治疗手段完全不同。
Probiotic可能有用，酸奶里的含量几乎可以忽略不计，一定要几个billion以上的才可
能管点用，还有就是菌种的组合也很重要，光有Lactobacillus的不够，
bifidobacterium也很重要。
要看菌落是不是真的失衡，也可以用NGS测一把，现在已经有commercial的，比如http://ubiome.com/。
celiac disease也有可能，也有很多检测方法。
总之是要对症下药，知道原因就好治了。 |

点帮助。:-)
1）近年来被确诊ADHD的孩子在急剧增多。按照网上的数据，2003年有7.8%的孩子被确
诊有ADHD，到2007年涨到了9.5%，在2011年，变成了11%，其中美国高中男孩被确诊
ADHD的比率达到了1:5。按照医生的说法，ADHD作为疾病是真实存在的，但是它和自闭
症一样是一个spectrum，也有轻微和严重之分。
2）治疗ADHD的药物的有效成分是Methylphenidate和Amphetamines，翻成中文是冰毒，
是一种毒品。作为FDA批准给小孩子吃的药，我猜测用的剂量应该是很小心。但是确实
有副作用，失眠，失去食欲，头痛，头晕恶心，暴躁等等。我记得看过一篇文，里面的
医生让家长不要害怕用药，说，你只要让孩子好好吃药，同时保证早上摄入足够的蛋白
质，孩子的行为就会好转。但是我觉得这是自相矛盾的，吃药会失去食欲，你如何保证
一个没有胃口，不舒服，而且暴躁的孩子摄入足够的蛋白质？
3）目前被确诊ADHD的孩子大部分都在用药，甚至在2011-2012年造成了药品脱销。

越多。。。如果想要避免小麦，可以吃那种发芽过的杂粮面包，土豆面包，杂粮:
couscous, quinoa, 小米，一般Whole Foods或者Trader Joes这样的店都会标的很清楚
。。。

iron profile, ferritin level
我感觉不太像缺铁性贫血。因为
1）从报告来看，是小细胞贫血没错，但RDW正常，一般如果是缺铁性贫血，血细胞大大
小小，RDW会变大
2）血红蛋白13.2， 正常情况下红细胞是13.2x0.3=3.9,但你的是5.8，所以有点像地中
海贫血的样子， 如果你有以前的验血报告可以比较一下。地中海贫血应该从小到大都
是如此。
3）能引起小细胞贫血的，主要有4类，除了缺铁性贫血，地中海贫血，还可以是铅中毒
（小孩子多见)，或慢性疾病引起的
4）如果是女性，我就会怀疑是月经丢失引起的。但像你这样的成年男性，如果是缺铁
性贫血，除了摄入不足（一般正常饮食是不会缺乏的，除非你是vegan, 有十二指肠的
问题，那里是vit C帮助吸收铁的地方，或其他小肠的问题，慢性腹泻，比如celiac
sprue），那就是丢失过多，比如从消化道，或尿道（如结石）。 可以查个尿常规，看
看有没有血细胞，做个大便潜血试验。

Many rye,oat wheat grains contains it, and should be strictly avoided by ppl
who have this disease or sensitive to it.
Many shop sale these grains and processed food w/ instruction like "gluten

宝宝月子里的时候就milk protein intolerance,表现症状为便秘以及大便带血丝，从
普通奶粉改similac alimentum后症状缓解。一直到6个月左右我们慢慢给她改回普通奶
粉，适应良好。可是从开始上辅食之后便秘就又重新开始，而且越是大家觉得fiber多
的粗粮，她越是便秘。她可以吃rice cereal，但不能吃oatmeal， whole grain 的
cereal，不能吃brown rice，一吃肯定便秘。另外吃yogurt， cheese也是绝对便秘。
banana，pea，chicken soup也不行。而且比较奇怪的是她可以吃 baby stage 2 红薯
puree，但是吃了我们自己蒸的新鲜红薯就会便秘。粥可以喝汤，加点菜叶子她也不行
。好像凡是纤维粗些的她都不行。而且便秘还有渐渐加重的趋势。一直靠Miralax，可

It's been 12 days into her hospital stay, she is still in pain. Her IgG4 to
look for autoimmune pancreatitis was negative, lab ordered for possible
Celiac (which leads to poor absorption of Levothyroxine and pancreatitis
link) also negative. GI still thinks pancreatitis, might have been
exacerbated by cold meds she was taking that has some ETOH content. EGD was
done by GI only showing gastritis. CT ab showed nothing but cysts, no
