地下室的水可以从四周的foundation wall进来，也可以从cellar floor进来。一般来
说，在施工的地下室的时候一定会有做防水的。但是这就为什么手艺好的师傅永远是少
数的原因。
我看了我们附近地下室进水的情况，大多不是从什么地里渗到地下室的地面。主要问题
还是在公共排水系统。由于这次降雨量大时间集中，导致本来从单个家庭排出来的水流
不到它应该去的地方，然后再反灌回到单个家庭的最低处，也就是地下室。
不过大家相信不相信，决大多数的地下室都是有floor drain，马桶，洗衣机去水。所
以很多水都是从这里进来的。
还有就是地下室的窗户，从室外进入地下室的管道，都是进水的高危点 |

如果品酒完毕还有时间，可以到Shelter Island一游。(not this time)
计划一大早就去。Winery tour要几十刀。

搬出去，沒人想繼續住在這裡。」而住在案發住宅隔壁的何女士稱自己曾見過數次陳明
東在屋外抽菸，案發當時自己已經入睡。何女士對發生在身邊的凶殺案難掩驚恐，表示
將搬離此處。不少華人民眾儘管不住在此，仍來到案發現場附近一探究竟，議論紛紛，
對受害一家表示難過，對兇手的殘暴難以置信，發表譴責。

捐款由布碌仑社联会、华策会布碌仑分会、布碌仑华人联合会等三家非营利组织共同发
起，在现场呼吁民众踊跃捐款的还有纽约州众议员白彼得、州众议员奥迪兹、38选区市
议员万齐家。到场捐助的有布碌仑端芬同乡会、布碌仑华协会、大都会联盟、布碌仑亚
裔社团联合总会等团体。
捐款的方式可以支票和现金的形式进行，给这三家非营利组织的任何一家捐款，支票抬
头可写所捐社区组织的名字，备注名捐款给蔡晶晶（Crystal Cai）。现场有个别组织
筹得1000元善款转交给蔡家。同时，9岁女孩蔡晶晶将在放学后前往华协会提供的课后
班。
在不久后的暑期，华策会布碌仑分会也为蔡晶晶提供夏令营。目前，蔡家依旧住在政府

因工作变动要离开NYC，所以希望找人sublease 现在的公寓。以下是公寓的基本信息，

该公寓楼所处位置通勤极为方便，步行2分钟可至EG7M车的court-square战，NQ车的
queensboro-plaza地铁站，5分钟可至R车的queens plaza地铁站。且manhattan方向15
分钟内可到time-square 42街，向下则25分钟内可到flushing-main street。我自己在
50街和3大道附近上班，每天上班door to door不到15分钟。Neighborhood也非常安全
，旁边就是CUNY的Law School 和 Citi Tower。

傅。 所以说我们做不来的 job, 请的师傅的手艺都要求精和接近完美的。 他做不到你
的要求，你可以直接地跟他说。 我们请他做的是 small project， soundproof wall
in our baby room， 两天份的工作. 第一天我们想要给他一半的钱， 他说他不拿。
他说他要做完成后， 我们满意后再拿钱。 他们做的不错，我们后来还给了小费。
这小公司老板本身是个
engineer, 不过他自己做了很多年。 从 small project 到建一个房子都行。 价钱比
别人贵点但是品质和时间有保证。 他的小公司有六个人帮他做事情。 他是个老墨，

发帖数: 1311 | 46 2012年属于我旅行比较少的一年。生活总是有其他的一些priority，忍痛割爱取消了不
少旅行计划。为了要包子，俺把一些小旅行都算进去凑数了。
5-6月：回国3个星期。自从工作后，3个星期基本上是回国最长的期限了。2个星期在家
，最后一个星期和父母去了西藏。走的是常规线路，拉萨-纳木错-拉萨-羊湖-珠峰大本
营。一家三口包了个车，虽说价钱贵一点，但是玩起来非常顺心，想走就走，想停就停
。在西藏我基本没有什么高反，能吃能睡，能跑能跳。除了珠峰大本营晚上略有反应，
翻了个把小时睡着。老爸老妈在纳木措时有些高反，走路都很艰难。到了大本营，他们
反而一下就睡着了。在大本营的帐篷里，我翻来覆去的时候听见父母均匀的呼吸声，觉
得特别踏实。父母慢慢老去，像这样全家一起去西藏这样需要些体力的旅游是越来越难
了，值得好好珍惜。
珠峰日出
9月：finger lakes. 基本每年的劳动节，都要去finger lake region喝喝酒，摘摘葡
萄，爬爬山。每次都顺便扛一箱Riesling回来。
