Cell出版社preprint了华盛顿大学Veesler组关于SARS-CoV-2生化特性和结构生物学的
重要文章。这篇文章十分严谨也十分重要，它同时进行了生化功能研究和结构生物学研
究，给出了更高分辨率的S蛋白三聚体两种状态结构。研究反驳了网络传言如“插入论
”。研究发现不具有“插入RRAR”的病毒S蛋白具有更强的细胞结合能力。因此可以推
论，所谓的“人工合成”病毒，其实本身感染细胞的能力更低。而另一方面，它的部分
结论较McLellan组Science文章更有逻辑。
研究首先通过假病毒融合实验，证明了一个重要结论，就是SARS-CoV-2与SARS-CoV具有
几乎相同的Vero E6细胞受体细胞结合能力，这与McLellan组应用SPR得出的结论不同。

四月投第一次。三个reviewer 都比较正面 也肯定勒 general interest. 但要补充不
少试验。editor 让我们补充试验后resubmit. 花勒三个月基本完成勒所有要求的试验
而且还补充勒新发现。感觉很不错。resubmit 后editor 反响很快当天就送出去审勒。
现在一个月过去勒。上周查状态由under review 变成是scheduled for editorial
discussion. 这样已经一周多了。 谁知道这是什么意思啊。心急如焚啊。 |

议。
比方说，大部分人会认为PNAS的文章比Cell Research 的好，而能被PNAS接受的文章大
部分人也不会拿去Cell Research，但是PNAS 的引用因子还不如Cell Research, 所以
容易让人不高兴。 |

editors”
也不告诉是直接拒掉了，还是别的什么情况。
之前投science, nature,都是没有送去review，但是等的时间不长，5，6天就直接拒掉
了。
投过Cell的童鞋知道这是什么情况吗？
听说有些杂志拖了1个月没送去review，而是告知拒掉了。 Cell不会也这样坑爹吧。 |

发帖数: 818 | 10 一周前投了一篇关于lipid and cancer关系的文章到nature，一周惨拒。nature
editor建议我们transfer到NCB，邮件说已经和NCB的editor联系好了，会给我们deep
review。以前我们实验室有投cell metabolism的经历，接受一次，据一次，感觉整个
过程还是比较快的。而且我们是lipid领域的小lab，所以计划改稿件投cell
metabolism，已经差不多好了。
今天NCB的editor来信催我们transfer，这样搞得我们又犹豫是不是投NCB。我们就怕
NCB折磨人，拖，我们的实验相对简单，重在novelty，就怕scoop了。我们估计如果投
cell metabolism，90%会审稿。
请问大家应该先投哪家好？ 谢谢！
另外如果投NCB，western blotting data需要原图，是投稿时还是接受后补上？还有其
它哪些data需要原始数据吗？ |

cell本身和gpu思路有些一样的地方。你夸gpu其实顺便也夸了cell了。gpu简单并行更
高在某些处理上还是很好的。俺也说cell取代gpu不实际。但是作为gpgpu的话gpu有些
地方比不上ell.
gpu并行限制大，shader基本上每个点处理都一样。spu是真正的cpu核心，每个程序都
可以不一样，都是普通的程序。应该是某些特别的计算用gpu有可能更快，但是多数情
况下通用计算spu更强。总的来说这两个是orange和apple（果饭不要扁俺，这个是误伤
）。
下面是网上提到的gpu的一些弱点。zt一下。
显示芯片目前通常只支持 32 bits 浮点数，且多半不能完全支持 IEEE 754 规格， 有
些运算的精确度可能较低。目前许多显示芯片并没有分开的整数运算单元，因此整数运
算的效率较差。
显示芯片通常不具有分支预测等复杂的流程控制单元，因此对于具有高度分支的程序，
效率会比较差。
目前 GPGPU 的程序模型仍不成熟，也还没有公认的标准。例如 NVIDIA 和 AMD/ATI 就

一个月以来, 在MITBBS和PTT上, 双方的嘴仗不可谓不激烈
MITbbs方面,以anoia为首, 质疑的是论文图中为什么会有莫名的一至噪音块及其明显的
分界线(表示这是一个剪切复制块),相同位置一样大小的气泡为什么会在不同的胶带中
出现.
PTT台湾中兴大学方面, 强调这是“压缩采样失真”所致, 并认为"可重现性"是判断真
伪的唯一标准
