似乎这个cellulite组织是由脂肪组织形成地,但是不是所有脂肪组织都会变成
cellulite
所以,那些号称对cellulite有用地产品,即使真的有效,也不一定能瘦腿吧...
不知道值得尝试一下与否
那个nivea得good bye cellulite很红火得样子,tyra show上好像还推荐了一把...

I feel most of these female posts are hot. As a matter of fact, I'll take a
fit chick (not skinny type) with a little cellulite and stretch marks
anyday to a fat or super skinny one without cellulite and stretch marks.
Cellulite is usually white women's genetic curse as majority of them will
have it. On the other hand, Asian women are genetically blessed in this
department. |

中国女生有cellulite很少吧？如果跟雌激素有关，难道国女的雌激素普遍低？
cellulite白女很普遍，尤其是过了30的。黑女倒并不严重，难道白女的雌激素
比黑女更厉害？
很多很瘦甚至很fit的白女cellulite也很严重，显然大腿脂肪不是直接因素。
据很现代的看法是，cellulite是身体积累的毒素和皮下脂肪作用后的表现。
不过，橘皮样的皮肤确实令人看了不爽。 |

的也只是適合我自己的減肥方法。
很長一段時間，我的生活習慣非常不健康。早飯不吃，午飯隨便，晚上八九點之後才吃
晚飯，大吃特吃，吃完困了，睡著。如果熬夜，半夜可以連著吃好幾根外面裹著一層巧
克力的雪糕。在這種養豬保證大法作用下，夜以繼日，慢慢地果真我胖成了豬。
我胖成豬最難過的不是我，是我媽媽。我媽媽超級自戀，她一向認為她女兒很漂亮，誰
家女兒都沒她女兒漂亮。我變胖了，媽媽比我還憂心。
雖然一直心存減肥念頭，但一直沒有實施。直到今年春節媽媽忍無可忍。我從3月份開
始進行減肥大計。
3月6號，開始吃左旋肉鹼，沒有運動，沒有節食，3天後發現無效。
3月9號開始節食，每天只吃no fat牛奶煮燕麥，偶爾吃點水果蔬菜，每兩三天補充一兩
片維他命，晚上6點之後只喝水不吃任何東西。
3月12號跟人去爬山，從此拉開運動序幕。每個週末爬山，每天健美操20分鐘，6磅重呼
啦圈一個半到2個小時。
3月15號開始搽anti-cellulite body creator，每天洗完澡搽並按摩30至40分鐘，運動
前有時會再次加強。
