Before even beginning the testing of the ball I performed a bounce test to
compare the bounce of the DHS 3 star plastic ball to the Butterfly 3 Star
Celluloid ball. The plastic ball has a lower bounce peak and is less
responsive on the table surface, this is because of the slightly larger size
of the new ball and also it's plastic material composition.

1. Don't Be Cynical, Give it a Chance!
Most people have already turned their noses up, of course! We don't like
change. There has been a lot of negativity surrounding the new ball. The new
ball does have some differences but a great effort has been made to create
a ball as similar as possible to the celluloid ball. First important pointer
, it's not all that bad, it's still playable and will require some small
adaptations, but it's not the end of table tennis as we know it.

树脂。以硝化纤维和樟脑等原料合成。代表性制品为乒乓球、人偶等。

In a documentary movie that premiered at Utah’s Slamdance Film Festival
last week, a man details his year-long affair with a dolphin. No word yet on
when “Dolphin Lover” will be coming to a theater — or aquarium — near

Malcolm Brenner, now 63, says he was working as a photographer at Sarasota

changing soon. The president of the National Association of Theater Owners
says right now, 70% of theaters have captioning technology, and in a few

高分子化学
高分子化学作为化学的一个分支，同样也是从事制造和研究分子的科学，但其制造和
研究的对象都是大分子，即由若干原子按一定规律重复地连接成具有成千上万甚至上百万
质量的、最大伸直长度可达毫米量级的长链分子，称为高分子、大分子或聚合物。既然高
分子化学是制造和研究大分子的科学，对制造大分子的反应和方法的研究，显然是高分子
化学的最基本的研究内容。
高分子化学的发展历程
早在19世纪中叶高分子就已经得到了应用，但是当时并没有形成长链分子这种概念。
主要通过化学反应对天然高分子进行改性，所以现在称这类高分子为人造高分子。比如18
39年美国人 G oodyear发明了天然橡胶的硫化；1855年英国人 P
arks由硝化纤维素（guncotton）和樟脑（camphor）制得赛璐珞（celluloid）塑料；188
3年法国人 d e Chardonnet发明了人造丝 r ayon等。可以看到正是由于采用了合适的反
应和方法对天然高分子进行了化学改性，使得人类从对天然高分子的原始利 |
