said Tuesday.
The US-made, remote-controlled robots were unable to look into the building
of reactor 2 at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, which was
crippled by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, the operator Tokyo Electric
Power Co said.
The operator stopped the robots when their cameras fogged over from the

(COP) which is an instant measurement of the ratio between energy output
and energy input. An SEER of 13 is approximately equivalent to a COP of 3.43
which means 1 unit of energy moves 3.43 times of heat.
Of course, common (old) household heat pumps should be difficult to reach a
250% efficiency at 0 Celsius. But I won't be surprised if its efficiency is
