much over your edge but not inside of your turn. It is a "bad habit" though
in that it will get you into trouble at higher speeds and on steeper terrain

to the outside of the turn at speed. How this negatively affects you is this

I use PGEX2T vector so GST is on the N-terminus.
I normally do 100ml culture size. Here is how I did this:
1. small culture of the bacteria from glycerol stock O/N, about 6-8ml.
2. transfer the small culture to 100ml 2xYTA medium in the next day morning
, shaking at 300rpm, 37degrees.
3. it ususally takes about 1hr 40min - 2 hrs to have an OD600 around 0.75.
4. add IPTG (stock 100mM) 100ul to get a final concentration of 0.1mM.

2. Uranium enrichment，只能提纯到3.67%，协议有效期15年。伊朗同意15年以后不再
建设新提纯设施。另外，伊朗同意在15年内把10,000 kg存储减少到300 kg。
3. Breakout time，伊朗获得制造一枚核武器材料的时间从2到3个月延长到一年。
4. Fordow facility，Fordow facility至少15年停止提纯铀，并且不能有裂变材料。

了一些什么大的突破.
不过苏联搞那个R7搞了50年,也没有什么新意, 很难相信spaceX会有什么突破 (除了电

flow jet engine vs. centrifugal-flow jet engine 有点象. axial flow也是先进但

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

发帖数: 28562 | 50 这个还得看你在什么学院里，如果是文理学院，会给的少一些，如果是医学院
会多一些。
另外，假如你现在还没有拿到offer的话，不宜狮子大开口，
Morphine 和我的情况都是已经拿到口头offer 了才列那个单子的，所以我
以为你的情况也是这样。
如果连面试都还没有进行的话，要尽量谨慎，列一些你肯定用得到的仪器，
最后大概在３０万左右就行了再加上两年的技术员工资。大概４０～５０万吧，
对于公立学校的文理学院来说，是个正常开价。等你最后拿到offer 后，还有
一次讨价还价的机会的。那个时候你可以借口说你当时以为系里已经有了某个
仪器，但是实地访察后发现该仪器 太旧／使用的人太多／不存在，所以要
重新买，云云。
然后对于价钱，直接打电话给公司，说你正在和学校negotiate, 需要这些价钱（大概
价钱）。我当年就给三个公司打了电话：
VWR (general equipments), Beckman (centrifuge), API/Deltavision (microscope).
