我问是不是Incompetent Cervix可不可以上cervical cerclage，她说不是，因为那个
一般没有假宫缩。我这种上了cerclage假宫缩会撕裂cerfix的。
有查出Incompetent Cervix的mm是不是都没有假宫缩的呢？
像我这种情况开指早的mm有吗？除了卧床还有什么办法呢？ |

生说原因不明。
现在怀孕16周，OB推荐去看高危产科做子宫环扎术。可是高危产科的主刀医生说现在我
的子宫颈长度有5厘米，很正常，所以不是必要做这个cerclage，而且我之前足月生了
我女儿，证明我是有可能这胎也可以怀到足月的。她还说做这个手术有风险：感染，出
血，羊水破等等。一直和我重复说，这个手术不是我们要你做的，是你自己的决定。
所以现在我很纠结，不知道是否要做。我网上查过，子宫颈长度其实是会变的，哪天变
短了你也不知道，医生也同意这一点。手术安排明天做，可是明天之前医生说还是可以
和她取消，如果我改变主意的话。求问这里是否有建议给我？谢谢！ |

这个手术的指征把握对专业性要求极高（有时候连经过了8年医学训练的普通ON/GYN都
把握不好，需要把你转到高危的），而且不同情况的获益在学术上也有所争议。而且医
学比你想象的要复杂，如果你仅仅是因为网上看到的东西或者其他人的经验，那么这些
东西的靠谱程度要远远低于医生的建议 |

发帖数: 816 | 6 我没做过，不过朋友的老婆做过。一般cervix cerclage适用于宫颈无力或宫颈太短，
经常流产的孕妇，没有什么副作用。如果医生认为你该做，那就做吧，可以预防早产。
我朋友的老婆是在high risk ob那里做的。祝好孕！ |

I had a full term baby in 2006 and then got pregnant again in 2010. My OB
doctor sent me to the high risk facility and asked them to measure the
length of my cervix, because I had a leep in 2008 and he cut some of my

19周发现宫颈短（26-29mm），求建议。。。Update：又长回去了
Update一下：刚从ob那里回来，我的宫颈竟奇迹般地长到了40mm+！就四天的时间！ob
说我可能是dynamic cervix，对压力很敏感，所以嘱咐我还是要take it easy。我现在
更糊涂了，不知道以后还会不会有变化。而且现在这种长度医生肯定是不肯给我缝了。

you will get completely different opinions from different doctors, but it
seems that they all agree on one thing that a cerclage after 24 weeks (some
set up the deadline as early as 22 weeks) could cause more damage to the
baby. I also believe it is too late (risky) at this point for you and I
doubt you would find any doctor who is willing to take that risk and do the

回aFuaFu: 这个孩子要了以后就不打算再要了，所以倒是不担心这次缝了以后还要再缝
的问题。只要这个能健康生下来，其实的再另做打算。另外，我现在除了每晚用药，定
期检查，平时尽量卧床多休息之外，还能做什么呢？MM关于cerclage作用不大的资料哪
里可以看到呢？我在网上看到的都是建议做cerclage，而且咨询国内妇科医生也说办法
国内这种情况就是做cerclage，而且只有这种办法，他们没听说用药的情况。 |

high risk team) don't suggest me take cerclage. DO you think is too late to
do it?
My situation is a little special, I do ultrasound check every 2 weeks. The
check before last one is good except the external has a little open. but
