with hydrocephalus, most likely representing a pilocytic astrocytoma, a
benign tumor with an excellent prognosis. If the diagnosis is confirmed by a
biopsy, then surgery myself would be curative. Any radiation therapy will
be contraindicated because of the risk of malignant transformation in the
future. |

Virus (FPV), also known as Feline distemper when she was pregnant. The

位好心的护士老太太收养，我觉得自己和家里三只原住猫都可以从猫来猫往的状态中歇
一歇了，不料没两天黄包和黑包就被送上门来，大概是shelter觉得我照顾残病猫很有
几下子，于是把这对小儿麻痹猫一块送来了。
小儿麻痹其实是我瞎编的说法，这种病的学名叫Cerebellar Hypoplasia，简称CH, 是
个胎里带的毛病，据说母猫怀孕期间感染了某种白细胞病毒，导致胎儿小脑发育不完全
，于是生出来的小猫就出现四爪不能平衡的问题，通常是两只后腿不能正常行走，拐吧
拐吧的，一不小心就摔个跟头，跟人喝醉了的表现差不多。
黄包和黑包就是这样两只醉猫，区别是黄包比黑包喝得多一点儿，是五步一摔，黑包则
是七步一倒。他们被发现的时候已经冻掉了耳朵尖和尾巴尖，但天生的包子脸还在，所
以虽然shelter给他们起名Baxter和Phoebe, 一到我家就被改成黄包和黑包了。黄包是
哥哥，黑包是妹妹，看个头应该不到一岁，没人知道他们那可怜的老娘（或者小娘）是
不是还在人世。

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

）另外他们有没有其它的手段来validate这个发现。我粗略查了查我们的数据库，此位
点的duplication和遗传疾病相关的有下面这么几篇，你如果有时间可以读一读。另外
，似乎所有的研究都处于experimental或early studiy in human，所以临床上的意义
不是特别大。我自己没有读这些paper，所以不知道文章里的研究是不是非常match你的
情况。希望能对你有所帮助。

siphon
Anterior cerebral arteries, A1 and A2
Acom and pcom, look carefully for aneurysms

Pcas, p1 and p2, if there is fetal origin of pcas
Basilar artery, vertebral, superior cerebellar arteries, pica and Aica.

obstruction which is life threatening.
I always put these patients in Snowforest's unit and do a daily CT. I had a
patient found to be in coma and had a wallenberg's syndrome. I called
Neurosurgery who operated him STAT. Amazingly, 2 yrs later, he was able to
go for deer hunting and he sends me greeting card yearly.

理论上，每一个疾病都有病因，但不是每一个病都能够明确诊断，事实上不知道的
远比知道的多。应该承认你们的问题已经很专业，你们医生的回答也非常职业，确实值
得你们佩服。代谢病，遗传病基本上说的是一回事，如果这个基因或者那个酶的检查商
业上没有，检查结果就是阴性. 进一步检查也就无从谈起。 举几个例子，Cerebellar
Ataxia的基因检测已经很多了，但很多病人的检测是阴性，这不改变这些病人是基因
变异引起小脑病变的事实， 同样的，hemiplegic migraine的基因也可以查，但大多数
病人都是阴性，这个阴性结果不改变他们有migraine和偏瘫的事实。
非常同情你们的孩子，也非常同情你们的儿科专家。 从有限的材料看，肝移植恐怕是
唯一的解决办法。

患者：女，46岁，无其他病史,96来美。
2013年2月4日在NEW YORK的Presbyterian Hospital做了松果体囊肿pineal gland cyst
的摘除手术，手术本身顺利。术后不到2小时发现继发小脑静脉栓塞post-surgery
cerebellar stroke同时压迫脑干等部位造成 stem stroke，立即进行二次手术，开颅
清除血块，并切除严重受损的小脑扁桃避免脑疝，然后进入深度麻醉状态。为避免进一
步出血、水肿和伤害，2月6日进入亚低温（体温33度）持续到15日，逐步升至正常体温
。目前（2月20日）CT、MRI等诊断意见是依然有主动性出血（脑积液~10ml/hr可见新鲜
