-switch" change really irks me, and it's something all who've bought dinner
of the month clubs or gift cards in years past, or who got "credited certs'
when a restaurant went out of business or didn't honor the original
certificate should be aware of.
I have credits in my rest.com account from unused certificates, Dinner of
the Month club, and some "gift card" credits. Most date back to 2010.

字：
this is a duplicate certificate and may be subject to the right of a person
under the original certificate odometer mileage from original certificate.
车主说原title丢了，去年新办了一个。我查autocheck也确实是一年前办了这个title.
然后拿着这个duplicate certificate去dmv换title，工作人员也没说什么，顺利提交
了application了。
回来一想，应该问清楚一点的，万一车主找到了原来的title怎么办，我钱已经付了，
并且是给的cash，这样子会不会有问题？？关键是这个duplicate certificate title
是不是具有同等效力？ |

board certification。考过board就必须周期性的接受继续教育，要考试所以有board
certification的医生有义务保持自己的知识更新。对于primary care physician (PCP
)而言，很多人有American Board of Family Medicine certification,很多人有
American Board of Emergency Medicine certification.有人有儿科的board
certification，总之对自己有更高要求的PCP会有board certification
如果你必须通过推荐才能看专科医生，那么在美国大多情况下此专科医生必须和PCP在
一个practice group里。美国有很多医生，很难保证一个PCP能认识整个州的全部
specialists。如果你要求保险可以cover，那么要和保险公司确认专科医生coverage。

俺的理解是, 在美国必须先上四年大学，然后再进医学院功读4年。毕业后必须去医院
作临床学习，当一年的见习医生、几年的住院医生。
当完住院医生以后, 就可以去医院或者诊所工作了.
可以开始选一个专科，比如妇科,儿童科. 选了专科,可以考Board certification, 也
可以不考Board certification,考不考都可以practice.
Board certification不是专科医生practice的必要条件. 只是考了以后有更多
credential?
如果不选专科,就去做家庭医生或内科医生。如果不选专科,就没有Board
certification考.
所以说, 不论当家庭医生或者当专科医生, 如果想去医院或者诊所工作,不一定非要考
Board certification的.
请问这个理解对吗? 那么考了Board certification有什么好处呢?

好多program 要求intern 开始之前就要拿到certification。到网上搜了一下，发现还
是有些不明白。
1. 有人说可以到邻近或者是工作的医学院去上课。我联系了一下，可以上课，但是没
有certification,难道要单独找地方考试？
2. local有家培训公司提供课程，说是有continuing education credits, 好像也没有
certification.
3. AHA 的网站上也有online courses, 但是没发现certification 的信息。
4. 网上有课程和certification， http://www.aclscertification.com/ ， 一条龙服务，貌似是最简单的，但是靠谱吗？
