所以传承下来很难。如果你自己就没有理解透彻，然后你教给我，肯定不能教给我全部
的内容，这样一代一代传下去，每代都有attenuation，那传到现在早就面目全非了。

greece 看来你真的对stroke很感兴趣， 原来上neuroscience时候老师讲了一些
关于stroke(中风)的病例分析， 但对脑部血管的分布基本上都快忘记光了， 不过
你去图书馆找本Human Atalas的书都可以翻到的。 我所记得的一些是， stroke
泛指由于脑血管疾病造成的脑部功能障碍， 大致有两种， 脑部血管破裂， 受损害
区域很大， 临床症状也很复杂; 另外一种是局部血管阻塞， 受损害区域较小，
具体表现为某种或数种感觉或运动功能丧失。 象你说得病例，如果 只是 occipital(枕)
lobe血管阻塞， 由于occipital lobe 又被称作 visual cortex， 可能的症状就是视觉
功能受损， 供应occipital lobe的血管是 posterior cerebral artery, 同时此血管还
供应一部分ventral cerebrum surface area的血液， 任何有关temporal lobe的症状
也 都有可能发生， 象听觉，记忆之类. 我觉得如果不存在cervical desease的 |

了活了2，30年的病人多得是。
但是很少有病人有癌症史但是只做过化疗（血液病除外）还能活比较常时间的。
美国妇女从小就XX，特别是黑人，滥交那么厉害，但是CERVICAL CANCER发病率却不是
很高，很重要一个原因是很多病人医生稍有怀疑就建议做TOTAL HYSTERECTOMY。
肺癌是差点意思，存活率比较差。做了手术很多也挺不了多久。 |

这玩意是可以直接取细胞进行检查，其他的都要等到发病了后才会检查，要是胰腺癌也
像pussy那样，每年取个细胞smear下，估计夹不死也不用换那肝 |

我们是用小鼠胚胎的软骨和骨头染色的protocol。染软骨的话只用Alcian Blue即可。
最后胚胎用BABB处理就会变得透明。BABB危险，而且会腐蚀显微镜，使用时要小心。很
多动物的胚胎都可以用类似的方法染骨头（红色）和软骨（蓝色）：鼠，龟，蛇，鸡，
鱼，蜥蜴，变色龙，蝙蝠。。。而且都很漂亮！

experiment to infect the mice as soon as the transfer is done (just in case
that the serum is diluted and degraded in the body and not provides
protection). For cell transfer, my wild guess is that not enough specific
cells were transferred. I would try to get cells from draining LN for the
experiments (cervical LNs in this case?). Hope this may help.

tissue, but if it is fresh tissue, it works very well.
If it is PFA fixed, perform a laminectomy from sacral to cervical spinal
cord. You need to have a very fine scissor. Just remove all the lamina with
its muscle as a whole. The whole procedure takes only 1~2 minute.
