不仅shopdiscover基本不给，而且5%的季度rewards也经常不给
很没有信用
平时就凑数偶尔买买东西还好，养养信用好了
amex的比较讲信誉，以后多用他家的卡
chase也不错 |

发帖数: 4965 | 35 我也被Discover黑过开卡Bouns。2008年初的事，网上申卡没立刻批准，第二天他们客
服主动给我打电话，说要核实情况。我再三确认不影响Bonus后，同意开卡。结果没拿
到$100 Bonus，给客服电话询问，说是开卡条款里没有Bonus，如果要调查，我必须书
面写信给他们的一个客服部门。写信后很久收到答复，是开卡时我不符合带Bonus的条
件，给换了没有Bonus的卡，所以不能给$100。（而打电话来的核实信息的人根我撒谎
说我还有Bonus，整个一个骗子公司！）
为了很好的惩罚骗子公司，Discover卡我只用有5% Cashback的，其他一律不用，让它
从我身上赚不到一分钱。
那时还没有CFPB，不然一定要投诉Discover欺诈！ |

可以写信给Chase的CEO Office投诉（一定要把复杂的问题写清楚了，找个不知道你这
事的朋友，看看能否在没有你讲解情况下读懂你说的问题），希望通过Executive
Complaint这条路把问题解决了。CFPB投诉也是一条路，但不知道Chase要急了，是不是
也会像Discover那样关账户（有风险）。
几条经验/教训：
如果付款出问题了，不要同一天再用同一种方式同样的数额再去搞。一定要搞些变化，
以便以后好查对。而且冲钱单据无论对错一定要留好，确保美问题了再扔掉。
问题越简单化越好。换句话说，第一次Dispute错了，也不要去改了，反正Chase已经把
这两笔钱讨回来了，放自己账户就里完了。再接着Dispute另外两比账，希望Chase还能
把钱拿回来。Sever以后再重新想办法冲钱就是了。

Filed a complaint against Bancorp through FDIC on 8/12，有效果。今天终于收到
了check，还是UPS 2ND DAY AIR寄过来的。奇怪的是check是Blackhawk寄来的。 难道

That has to be very very small chance that BOTH routing number and your
account number match.
Also, when a check is deposited in a bank, usually the check is digitally
scanned, not "小二存 check 都是手动输入的". And if you look at the routing
numbers and account numbers, those numbers are printed in a special font
that can be easily and unmistakably recognized by the digital scanner.
