The Hills star Stephanie Pratt was on hand to witness her entrepreneur
boyfriend, Julien Chabbott, get arrested this past weekend when he ran over
a New York City cop’s foot with his Ferrari.
Chabbott wasn’t happy with a ticket he was getting for parking in a no
parking zone, so he proceeded to get into his car and try to drive away

Chabbott was arrested in New York City for driving over a police officer's
foot, following Chabbot's attempts at avoiding a parking ticket. The
incident was caught on camera and later uploaded to youtube. In the video,
Pratt is seen intervening and then driving Chabbott's Ferrari 458 away from

After his arraignment Sunday, Chabbott was released on $1,000 bail.
One of his lawyers, Mark Heller, slammed the officer's actions.
"Our client was the victim of abuse and we have video that will show that,"
he said. "When it's looked at, the case will be dismissed and the officer
will be discharged.
"The officer was trying to instigate An event." |
