也应运而生，走向了国际舞台。面对此情此景，港媒在8月13日刊文，提及中企已经为
多个国家印刷过货币，名单中便包括印度。
这短短的一句话深深刺激了印度人的神经，印官员及网民纷纷在网上以“影响国家安全
和金融主权”为由表达不满。印财政部也随后做出了回应，说港媒“毫无事实根据”，
他们根本没有找中国外包印刷货币。
事情源于香港《南华早报》13日的一篇名为“为什么其他国家授权中国印刷货币”的报
道。作者援引“中国印钞造币总公司多名知情人士”的消息称，如今该公司全国各地的
造币生产线都在满负荷运转，以完成政府设定的“非常之高”的生产配额。
然而，由于中国电子支付机制愈发普及，人民币订单所占的比例其实很小。大多数需求
都来自其他参与“一带一路”倡议的国家。
文章讲述了两个实例。中国最大的钞票纸厂——河北保定604厂曾一度停产，今年却突
然接到“大单”，不得不“开足马力”奋战好几个月，蒸汽都跟不上了。另一家位于江
苏昆山的钞票纸厂也发生了类似变化，据员工透露，生产的大部分钞票都不是人民币。

但是美联储是美国的联储，不是以色列的，
美国是美国人的，不是犹太人的。
按照你们Jewish社区的中国同修CCP的说法，要想把联储也好、美国也好犹太化了
—— 先拿三千万人头来。美洲大陆当年是杀掉三千万印第安人拿下的，
没有人头，就别来打这种主意。
FED要顶住这种来自华尔街的压力，quote：
降息意味着美国的经济并非像想象中那么好，一切都是虚假繁荣。连2.5%的利率都承受
不起，说明美国的创新能力已经衰竭，经济没有出现新的增长点，德银Binky Chadha研
报称，最恐怖的真相是，最近三次美联储降息都导致了经济衰退，且经济进入衰退的时
间离首次降息之间只隔了3个月！美股是否见顶，或者美国经济是否开始衰退或许已经
被安排上了。
降息很明白会引起衰退，建议9月至少先按兵不动，看一下经济形势和走向。 |

今年8月，中国一些民营企业与国有企业联合购买了中国联通(China Unicom)出售
的117亿美元的股份，中国政府将这次交易视为中国国有企业改革的又一个里程碑。
这的确标志着中国民营企业与国有企业之间的界限进一步模糊了。遗憾的是，这种
模糊是朝着错误的方向。中国政府最近的举措无非是号召民营公司去资助国有企业，而
不是解放国有企业让它们更高效地运营。
“混合所有制对改变联通的行为起不了什么作用，”研究公司TS Lombard的分析师
们在评价这家中国第二大移动通信运营商时说。“相反，这是中共将影响扩展到私营部
门的最新迹象。国企改革从私营部门吸走了资源。”而且，中国政府的“重拳”——以
及对管控的执着——既破坏着坚实的经济表现，又威胁着金融稳定。
对中国境外的基金管理者们来说，北京方面的最新计划十分反常。这一计划大大刺
激投资者卖掉那些更容易被中国政府“拉壮丁”去支持中国联通这类企业的公司的股票
，并寻找不容易被政府影响的公司。
