学校里的bully多少总是有一些的，但是学校的老师们没有谁会去支持这种现象，大多
数情况下是管不过来而已。
对付bully,要么等别人站出来，要么自己站出来。等别人站出来，自己做个旁观者，看
上去是个很精明，合算的选择，但如果大家都这么想，这么干，bully这个现象不会消
失。自己站出来，这需要一些勇气，如果家长平时自己都缺乏这种勇气，指望孩子能挺
身而出，还是有些难度的。

再进入邮箱去看看从昨天下班到今天上班前的邮件。由于他掌管的许多业务和中国，欧
洲，印度打交道，邮箱像海绵一样饱饱的吸了对方的一整个工作日的信件，他不可能一
时全看完，只拣些最重要的先看。突然，他眼睛落在了一封从他老板的老板的老板发来
的信上：“Base Cost Challenge”。一见这几个字，他就背心猛的一凉，上面又要开
始排排坐，分果果了。几十个milion的cost saving，你几个来我几个，发给你还不能
不要，要到手上就是烫手的山芋，得硬着头皮的啃下去。
上次裁了10%后，伤了元气，本来方剑以为自己部门影响小，又在工程部动了点心眼，
09年可以保证旱涝都有收成，谁知道自己还是少想了一层，公司是一个整体，哪有一个
部门就能成事的？之前做到一半的project因为合作成员被裁，硬生生的要从头开始，
以前唾手可得的资源现在要再使用也难上加难。可谓僧多粥少，办事效率大大降低了还
不说，完成一件事的成本也不断提高。要达到09年预算真是难比登天，现在可好，又来
了一个challenge，他在心里暗暗喊天。 |

- Harker：太贵。

，只是担心 academic 不够强。
看了 Sunnyvale 的 Challenger School，觉得教室很拥挤，大部分是烙印老师，总觉
得 Literature 应该是白人教:-)，但很喜欢 Principle (Headmaster).
看了 Strawberry Park 的 Challenger， 很和我的要求，但 review 很差。
我家小朋友很喜欢 Stratford, 不知道是不是因为容易。要是为了容易，宁愿送到公校
，也是800 多分的学校, 还省钱了哪。
请各位高人指点，多谢。 |

有她的小孩和另外一个小孩是中国人，剩下的全是老印，老师也是老印。去过一次

ask your permission. They never asked one cent for donation. Their
education is 1-2 years ahead of public school.
Stratford founder came from Challenger, they are similar, but Stratford has
more field trips.
Harkers is all about money. |

What a waste of opportunity. My daughter's preschool and K teachers both
helped my daughter to make friends when she just started there.
This is exactly how the kids at Challenger persuade me not to consider it.
Most of the students showed cold faces despite the fact that they are fluent
in speaking. |

tells the opposite story, I do respect other people's opinion.
I have to spend a lot of spare time to send kids to other sports activities,
because the challenger's focus is on academic, at least they cover one
major part.

跟生日没关系的，不是rolling的。。。
Challenger的cutoff是12.31，所以十月生日的娃可以今年上K
如果是公立小学，K的cutoff是9.1，要明年才可以上K |
