，穿个liner就好了。
不过可以买不带chamois的tight, 这样也可以穿来跑步，一裤两穿 |

发帖数: 2308 | 8 玻璃，车灯，和轮胎不提，打蜡这块我做的就是：
1。 洗车 -- 先用喷头喷湿，用pressure washer的话用最底压离远点喷，压强高伤漆
，其实普通自来水管配喷嘴的压强就够了。我家里有pressure washer不用的话心里烧
的慌所以就用这个。尽量把泥沙先冲掉。然后上shampoo,用长绒microfiber毛巾/手套
从上向下洗。从上向下是因为下面一般泥沙多，用长绒毛巾的目的是有泥沙脏物可以存
在纤维里面而不是在漆面上摩擦，同理，毛巾要经常漂洗掉脏污。洗的过程中尽量不时
喷水keep其他表面湿润。洗完后要擦干，推荐Drying Chamois http://www.amazon.com/The-Absorber-Synthetic-Drying-Chamois/dp/B0000AY69V这类东西，能快速把水吸干。如果是摩托车，缝隙多，可以用blower凉风吹干。
2。打蜡 -- 液体蜡或者固体蜡，石化蜡还是棕榈蜡。液体蜡一般比较省力，但是有些
固体蜡据说能更亮。棕榈蜡最亮，但是好像石化产品的蜡持续时间久一些。这些就自己

(chamois) is too thin in most of the tri suits I looked at. I wonder how
painful it would be to ride in it for 5 to 6 hours. (I love the chamois in

。Come on, 蒙太奇同学会很失望的，可怜他上次科普得满版都是三角裤。
Please do not wear underwear inside padded bike shorts.
Cycling shorts are designed to be worn without underwear. The whole idea of
a chamois is undermined by wearing underwear. Moisture management is
compromised and the padding is useless when your skin is chaffing against
the cotton seams of you undies.

1. this skin cream will not only reduce chafing, but also heal the skin. you
should rub it into the chamois before the ride

戴微丝大波的jersey骑车应该是件很拉风的事，就决定报了这个在吹波狂里相对容易的
大波。
周六是大波的日子，周三晚上决定把何老大推荐的又肥又壮的两条内胎换下，换上了又
瘦又弱的轻量胎，心想这样可以提高骑完的可能性。周四骑去上班，隐隐约约地感到轮
子轻了一些。谁能想到下班时发现轮子瘪了，只好换胎，发现一根小铁丝。
周五早早结束收工，往戴微丝赶，在缓慢地车流里，我自问，有必要去吗？已经很不习
惯在交通堵塞里开车了。平时只要开1个半小时的路开了2个半小时才到。
在戴微丝和同骑的同事汇合，签到，领路线图，sticker，今年的T-shirt居然是粉红色
的。在附近的bar喝了点啤酒，吃了一份汉堡，好像那天是加州大学的田径运动会，街
上充斥着长腿的俊男俏女，洋溢着年轻的气氛。
回到旅馆发现没带牙刷，到前台要了一份。打开电视正在直播旧金山巨人队和迈阿密水
手队的棒球赛，躺在床上看了一会儿，水手队7:5领先，最后一个回合Buster Posey打
