发帖数: 4951 | 4 我这里自始至终说的都是国内自己的航空公司直飞上海旧金山航线的问题。 事实上直
到今年才开通东航到旧金山，而且应该是非常的最近。你这里说的联航飞旧金山上海的
航线，不是我讨论的重点： 呼吁中国（自己的航空公司）开通更多中美航线。
为了说明我说的这个事情，举两个具体事例，
1）我坐联航旧金山北京的航班很多很多次了，每次登机出发都和联航旧金山到上海的
航班出发时间（一个小时左右），登记口都非常接近，我当然知道联航旧金山上海有直
飞，但是again, 那不是我讨论的重点，重点是：呼吁中国（自己的航空公司）开通更
多中美航线。
2）在这个我多次援引的旧贴中，我曾经详细搜寻列举了在当时(2012年8月）的完整中
美航线，其中我自己当时也已明确列出了联航在飞旧金山上海航线，again,重点还是，
过去，现在，将来依然还会是： 呼吁中国（自己的航空公司）开通更多中美航线。
发自内心的呼吁！！！ 不要让国民百姓都要去坐高丽棒子的航班！

一口咬定机票不包括过夜的旅馆，并且说是因为high traffic，有时候free,
这时候就得付100.机票上明明没提hotel的事，跟别的航空公司cover hotel的
机票看着都一样。伊英语很烂，跟她argue超费劲，计划明天再打。还有谁碰见过

在美国机票代理买票都是安排好旅店，并帮忙提前确认的，这个是免费
不建议跟韩国的棒子讲英语，哪怕你给他出yes or no的问题，他冲你点头说yes，也可

发帖数: 70028 | 24 今年5月20日，英国星期天《泰晤士报》刊登评论员文章，对中国在英国举办孔子学院充满敌对态度。该文章引用伦敦政治经济学院著名政治和外交学教授Christopher Hughes对孔子学院的强硬和冷战的言辞（见附件2， 英文原文）， 在英国引起一场不小的震动。
5月24日，美国国务院以签证为由，要求孔子学院中国教师限期离境,引起全美数十家孔子学院，以及和孔子学院合作的大学，一片哗然。
把这两件事情连系起来，不难看出，中国利用孔子学院向全球传播文化和语言，被西方一些右翼分子，当成是中国政府宣传软实力的工具。
作为英方的孔子学院院长，我对这个问题，也是感到非常困惑和震惊。
为什么，中国政府诚心诚意地花钱推广中国的文化和语言，会遇到如此想不到的打击和阻碍？中国政府应该如何对付这样的打击？如何应对今后更加意想不到的困难？
本人认为，中国政府应该做好如下工作：
其一，保持冷静的态度，认真研究对方各种持不同观点和态度的人群，采取有效措施，争取亲华力量，尽量化解冷战思维人士的冷战态度。

O8家人度假，作为第一家庭，出行当然有大量的安全随从，当地的住宿出行为安全起见
也要有很多特殊安排，花费多了，也没什么意外。这个不论你我谁做了第一把手，对自
己和家人的保护都从此不限于自己的家庭，而是属于国家利益。当年中央不让老毛做飞
机也这么个意思。换乘专列，一人一辆火车，走到哪，哪里都得全线停驶，重新调度，
戒严，花费也小不了的。且不说毛老还会中途睡几个小时匝的。
胡总出行一趟花多少银子咱不是多少还不知道呢，即便多了，我想大家也不应该有什么
想法吧。
军版胡喷的人两种，一种就是受雇的，以撒谎胡椒蛮缠为谋生的，可怜但人能以那个生
存，也算本事；另一种如你就是反习惯了，什么都是阶级敌人亡我之心不死，还是就事
论事为好吧。
骆大使装也罢，米帝政策也罢，能做出来，能持久装下去也就是值得别人学习的。希望
咱们的部级以上领导也多些这么装的，费用这么公开的，天朝不就更美好了嘛？

这两天在国内主流的，崇洋其外但实质是不见市面的土包子的媒体的炒作下，有了个所
谓的美国骆大使住不起博鳌大酒店的事件，引起网上左右两派的激烈互喷。看到有人提
问关于美国政府公务出差的标准，觉得这才是问到了点子上了。俺无意对此事作是非判
断，只想列举一些事实。欢迎转发。
首先得承认，人家的制度确实比咱先进。为了控制公务员滥用公款，老美的差旅标准制
定的非常细致。根据不同的地区的消费水平，制定了相应的每日住宿和餐饮标准。在美
国国内，具体到了各个州以及主要城市。每个城市的酒店，每年制定酒店的政府价，就
是按照这个数字来定的。对于国外，由美国国务院定的标准也相当精细。比如说对中国
，几乎大部分中国主要城市都已有相应的标准。（见下表）。表内列出了每日住宿的限
额，食物和其他费用的限额，以及前两类费用的总额的上限。 对于海南，表中列出了
海口的标准。住宿的上限是181美元，餐饮及其他的上限是118美元，所以费用的上限是
299美元。
