被上回同去PV一位钓鱼大侠勾起念头——岛上钓了鱼直接烧了吃还真不错啊。。想八月下旬去，在岛上camping一晚，寻同好。
Channel Islands 比较蛮荒，需要semi-backpacking，看最后参加的人员情况决定是
frontcountry 还是backcountry camping. 在官网上查得头疼，先人肉一下吧。如果有
知情者或者去过的同学，请提供以下信息：
从码头到campground 路况如何？比如，wheeled cooler可以走吗？
kayak等在那里租？

newport, jersey city. Parents got used to the NYC chinese channel, however
tried quite a few different brand of TV attennas from $50 to $100rish, brand
is attennna direct, still can't get too much channels. problem is our unit
is facing south. and 63.4 is transmitted from empire state building.

BBC is best. This morning, I even heard from BBC that "We were not
welcomed as we thought." and something like that.
The only problem is no BBC channel even in Urban Cable Works cable
package. You have to get up early (6:30am) to catch BBC morning show
carried by other channels. |

其实九月Channel Islands 之事，两千年前先贤就有预告：
暮夏者，夏服既成，SD五六人，LA六七人，浴乎洋，风乎链岛，咏而归。
话说链岛在加州的国家公园里面，算是比较特殊一个，虽然离南加主要城市并不远，最近的岛们离Ventura更是不到20 迈，但由于车不能至，轮渡也有限，岛上设施更是我所知道国家公园里最少的一个：只有Santa Cruz和Santa Rosa 岛上的campsites有水，去过的人似乎并不多。。
当然，我们LA、SD休闲腐败军去的正是Santa Cruz，这日便拎着大包小包，拖着大cooler，租着kayak，带着bikini、wetsuit等夏服，乘船杀去。两天下来，经历火锅之美味，美酒之醉人，海洞之浪大，游鱼之眩目，且有帐篷内钢管舞，肚皮舞之。。。这个我并没有亲见，就 |

接scan可
以scan出digital channel (79-1,-2?)和模拟频道。但是就是那29个频道是高清
但是如果你tv package到了需要那个comcast box,你如果要看hd, 就要comcast的
converter了。

话说 Channel Islands周围有几十个潜水点，我们上周日去了Santa Cruz的三个，
Anacapa 的一个，很惊喜地发现每次都能看到不同的东西。先哲不是早就说过吗？你不
可能两次潜入同一片水域。。这次潜水是我拿open water certification后的第一次，
去前纠结了半天要不要租个相机，后来想想还是算了——刚学会爬，就先别想跑想跳地
