The Convrsion of preferred share is for the denominator of Diluted EPS as
far as I know. Right?

1.保利尼奥和他的护脚师
保利尼奥从巴西带来了他的私人护脚师，只为照料他的脚趾。保利尼奥护脚师一家非常
的好。护脚师一人在中国不适应，保利尼奥让他老婆小孩一家人都过来，并提供珠江新
城猎德住宿。并承担小孩在国际学校的学费，小孩生病做手术，为其支付手术费。平时
客场比赛护脚师一家想看球，保利尼奥让他们一家人飞机出行住五星。
2.还有一件事是和遭遇空难的沙佩科恩斯足球俱乐部有关
