用卡，比如dividend，ATT universal， drivers edge(这个狠，一张卡甚至能拿到
$1000，也就是需要花两万)。既想拿到这5%，又不能做无谓的花销，怎么办？如果
做egay的话，什么都好说，可是俺一来这BBS，就去的是Money版。买GC是最好的选
择，2003年那个CharterOne GC给了许多人套利的机会，我在乎的是5% cashback，
还有很多人在乎的是free loan，一个月一个月的推下去。CO GC我75%在PO买了MO，
25%($5000)在BoA开户存款(只有这一次成功了，后来人家就不让了，呵呵)。
2005年初的时候，我刚来到东部，准备买房子(绝对的死撑)，手头的现金很有限，
既要准备downpay，又要储备HD、Lowes GC，信用卡的账都堆上来了。我就想能不能
处理一部分GC，如果当时我做egay的话，那处理这些GC就好办多了，可惜当时没有

initialized from employer, goverment, etc.
In eTrade and ING example, it is eTrade does not verify carefully who actually
ACH money to them. So, you can use ING, eTade treat, ING's ACH as DD. Other
Banks, like charterone and presidential, their requirement is more strict.
They need a true DD, not just a ACH.
For ING's verification, ING wants to know the account is belong to you, so
they send two small amont, and see if you |

Good thing was gone: before 2004, we bot I-bond using credit cards (purchase).
Many ppl earned citi $300 in one day (bot $6000 I-bond). B4 Jan, 2003, ppl fli
pped I-bond a lot: after 6 months (actually 5 months), redeem and re-buy (of c
ourse using CC). Treated I-bond like CharterOne GC.
CD has the minimum amount required, for example, $5000. If you buy I-bond, you
can buy 5 $1000 (or 5 X $100 + 5 X $500 + 2 X $1000), when you have to redeem

GC应该1：4能换成。
JCPenney CC的网站上明确说可以用JCPenney store credit card (不是那种mastercard)
在CVS消费，我问了N家(包括一家JCPenney，我是在人少的时候等俺老婆试衣服的时候一
边付信用卡的“帐”一边和他们聊天)，都说不行，我也懒得打出那份T&C给他们看。
CVS的GC中有两种是cash card(green dot和另外一种，比CharterOne和Simon的费用高多
了，当然Charter1早死了，怀怀旧)，且只能用cash买，对我们来说基本上是废品。CVS卖
Marriott Hotel的GC，明确说可以"redeemable for cash"，这和Price Chopper卖的
Marriott的GC不同，那个明确说"not redeemable for cash"。这个我没玩过，跑人家
Marriott里要钱，老脸也放不下。还是直接问问JCP能不能做BT吧(3%的手续费也不算高，

checking用一次有10cent的bonus，包括bill payment。因为可以pay cc，就
schedule了100次，正好可以拿到他家green checking的10刀得上限。没有被说恶意。
因为开checking也是hard pull，顺便就拿了他家的green cc，每用一次reward 30cent
。对比与大家平时比较open的5%cash back，30cent是用6刀。所以每次用6刀以下的都
用这张卡，还算不赖。好处是这些reward都是月末结，直接存到checking。作为小小猥
琐副卡，和discover半斤八两吧。 |

卡的，准备拼了，搞它一下。
我有blue bird, serve, paypal, 附近的CVS可以用信用卡买到vanilla, moneypak和
paypal.
我知道可以vanilla to blue bird, moneypak to serve, 但每月有5000和2500的limit.
听说paypal比较sensitive,
请问还有什么安全的方法让现金有效的流动起来，使得cashback 最大化，谢谢，有包

payment。我的第一个payment都10天了，还没post哪，available是0，想花都花不了。
