chase有权利not to do biz with anyone.
就好像某人可以自己打电话关掉所有chase credit cards, 并且永远不再申请chase
card, 那怕chase天天给他寄inviation.
双方都可以terminate the relation at will at any time.
chase也从来不公开承认有blacklist,chase credit department identify no profit
customers。 一旦被定义成high risk, no profit, 就歇菜了。 不过那是
chase 的权利。 |

数不高目前才710分加上最近两年试着申请了几次好一点的卡都没通过，所以暂不打算
申请。不过看到这个邀请还想再试试，因为目前最需要UA的里程。
我最后选的是mileage plus explorer的business card，主要是希望将来能有高的
limit。在线提交后果然没有立即通过，我就知道不好，赶紧打电话过去让在我申请帐
号里加个note，说我随后马上有很重要的supporting文件寄来。
结果还没等我文件寄到，据信就来了。打电话过去交涉前后花了2个多小时。主要是说
我几年前有两个比较严重的chase的delinquent payment，虽然我后来都努力还清了，
而且两个卡一共加罚款也就5000块。我一再解释说每个人都有特殊困难的情况，事实是
我一直努力在偿还而且最后都还清了，这正是证明了我是可信的。但是银行说不在于你
还清与否，你有两个严重的拖欠所以CHASE不能再给你卡了。
我说不管如何我都尽力还上了啊，这不都是过去了，我近几年信用都很好啊，难道以前

呵呵，我早就警告了，转点要特别小心。
这里我再写一些转点的小心事项：
1.点数尽量不要卖，赚点不容易，以后自己总会用到的。
2.一定要卖的话，绝对不要卖给票贩子，他们的帐号都是高危帐号。
3.转点要转给UA帐号，不要转别人的CHASE帐号。
4.不要信MONEY版自以为是的关卡理由，而忽略转点这种高危操作。

费率和限额：
Chase 在branch收费$45 online转收费$40 但限额较低$25000
Citi 在branch收费$45 online转收费$35 限额$50000
中间行：
Chase 在branch系统不允许填写或选择intermediary bank，banker的电脑上这个选项
是灰色的、中间行在转出时由Chase系统内部自动指定）；online转可以填写中间行 但
填了也没用----等approve的时候他们会给你改掉。
招行客服答复：
电话人工客服(管外汇的)说：提不提供招行的中间行都没关系，外国银行经常不采纳招
行的中间行，不用招行的中间行不影响收款，收款是RMB还是USD是由汇出方在汇出银行
选择的。
Swift code：
分8位和11位。11位的Swift code最后3位是branch code (是optional的)， 如果是8位
的code则代表该银行总部，后面加"XXX"补成11位效力是一样的。例如招行总部给的

6月1号申请的，一直到6月20号没有任何消息
6月20号，CHASE自己来电话了，问了点关于business的问题，然后说能批5000，我说那
么少啊，然后他说你可以把你freedom卡里的数额转过去一部分，我就说转10000，然后
他让我hold住电话，大概有6,7分钟左右，他回来后告诉我，他已经递交了请求，等最
后结果最多30天，我问他，你刚才不是说批5000吗，他说他没说通过5000，只是向系统
更新提出要求，所以让我再等1-2个星期，最多30天。期间我还特意问过他有没有HARD
PULL，他说没有。（事实上是有的）
6月23号，我登陆我的CHASE ONLINE,发现FREEDOM credit少了10000，我估计卡批下来
了，然后又打给电话给chase确认了，卡批了，会寄卡出来，credit limit 是15000.
也就是今天6月25号，我没有收到卡，但是我收到一封EMAIL,说我的卡批了，但是我仔
细看了EMAIL，。批的是chase ink BOLD, 是BOLD，不是我申请的PLUS.然后我开始打电

chase bl，有两种一种是上面说的直接收信的，另外一种是像你说的这种比较容易挂的
账户。
我猜chase就是用了点儿乱七八糟machine learning的模型，做下classification，或
者随便找点儿outliers看着不顺眼的全部干掉。这些烂七八糟machine learning模型估
计解释性也不好，所以我收到关卡原因说我行为怪异。
黑屋重新申卡直接悲剧掉的那些可能是曾经的问题比较大，离边缘比较远的申卡时候就不
能被classify 到正常用户。当然也有可能chase给明显的违规，类似买卖点数等等，硬
加了个时间的限制override classification。
你还有我的情况，可能正好在边缘状态，我关卡时候基本没有啥大问题。我基本不用大
量GC撸卡（只有关卡一年前的某一个季度撸了1-2k）；但是几个月前一次billpay；经

1996年，Chemical Bank 买了 Chase Manhattan，但沿用了 Chase 的名字，这卡就变
成了 Shell MasterCard from Chase, 后来升级为 Platinum. 2003年，Shell 不跟
Chase 玩了，转去跟 Citi 玩了，这卡就变成了 Chase Freedom Platinum。 过了四五
年，这卡变成了 Chase Reward。这几年这卡又变回了 Chase Freedom。 所有的卡上一
直都印着 Cardmember Since 95 或 1995. |

发帖数: 801 | 25 都是自己账户的话用ACH转就行了，一般2-3个工作日就到了。第一次要预先设置一下，
把BOA的账户信息输入到Chase的系统里，然后Chase会转几毛钱到BOA然后再转走，这样
可以确认账号没输错，后面就直接转账就行了。反过来把Chase账号输入BOA然后从BOA
来pull钱也行，但是有一点要注意，从Chase来push和pull都免费，但是从BOA只有pull
免费，push是收费的。
Chase官网上没找到数额限制，几千肯定没问题，这个你用的时候只管输入想要的金额
，如果超过限制会不允许schedule这笔transfer，如果真要转大额就分几天吧，或者支
票。有一个trick是从Chase来push一笔，再从BOA来pull一笔，这样就double了limit。
Chase还提供另一种转法，叫QuickPay主要是方便亲戚朋友间转钱，限制是每天2千，我
觉得ACH的限制应该至少大于等于2千，自己转给自己总比转给别人受限制少一些吧。 |

我本来准备制造消费用amex或者chase买vgc load到红鸟
完成开卡任务
红鸟再写check到自己家，check再给房东 作为房租。。
后来发现有问题。。这个check相当于cashier check
相当于cash
如果房东拿了以后 过了几个礼拜硬是说没收到
我也没证据
是吧
所以我后来想要不要直接把红鸟的钱还款到amex到chase？
但是这样就是一个循环。。。会不会被封？
另外两个衍生的想法
1. amex或者chase买vgc load到红鸟，红鸟写check给自己，自己存check到chase的
checking，这样会有问题吗？
2.amex或者chase买vgc load到红鸟，红鸟写check给自己，自己存check到BOA的
checking，会不会boa和chase都被封？

What they said broke Chase's policy and the law.
A Chase.com rep even tell me that I don't need to pay any of my credit card
bill in the future because I cannot login to chase.com to get my e-statement.

account in Saturday. Got rejected and asked me to come back on weekday to

且一个人也都不认识，所以想请省版的朋友帮忙推荐一个靠谱的二手版ID把points转掉
。前些日子LG申请了一张新的chase freedom 卡，开户竟然给30k，毫不犹豫就申请了
。差不多一个月就到账了。以前我也有一张chase freedom，不过一般每次都只有几千
points，我懒得折腾，就被我直接跟chase换成钱了。这次的有几万points，算了一下
可能能差200多块呢，决定在BBS上把它换掉。可是两眼一抹黑，不了解靠谱ID。所以请
省版的同学帮帮忙，希望也能帮到其他有同样问题的同学。以下每个问题一个包子：
1. 求推荐二手版靠谱ID。如果是省版的老ID也求购的话优先省版的ID。
2. 现在chase freedom points的利率到底大概是多少？很久以前看有人说1.4，不过刚
才在二手版翻了一下，1.7, 1.8, 甚至1.95都有人收啊。另外chase freedom和 Chase
Sapphire是一样的么？两个利率是一样的吗？可以互相transfer合并起来用吗？

几天后再看EMAIL，发现EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION这一项一直在PENDING，有点疑惑，
就给他们打电话过去。结果他们说我提供的EMPLOYMENT HISTORY里某一家小公司，做
VERIFICATION的时候给的资料跟我自己提供的不一致，要求解释。
自己再回去一看当时提供的资料，傻眼了。原来从RESUME开始，就一直有一个曾经工作

今晚第二次发生了才引起我的重视。打电话过去把他们痛骂了一顿，要了1000点补偿，
这才平息我的怒火。
事情缘由：这个季度的chase freedom不是5% cashback on gas嘛，我7月1号的当天正
好去常去的一个加油站加油，刷freedom卡被decline了，刷了好几次都不过，只好临时
换了张卡。回来以后email果然收到fraud alert，我点进去confirm了，此后相安无事
，freedom卡在其他一些地方用都没问题。

批准，会马上给你打电话，等了1周，没有任何电话，今天忍不住去银行，被告知申请
被拒。原因信用记录低。
在北美7年了，美国也3年信用记录了（之前在加拿大）。一直按时还款，信用记录一直
保持750左右，7张信用卡，credit limit一共 4万多。有绿卡，在DOE实验室工作，永
久位置，10万年薪。一切本以为没问题的。
我的研究生，没有身份的都拿到车贷了，怎么把我拒了。
打800电话，等了20分钟，回答了几句，“我们两周会给你邮寄被拒的原因”。妈的，
放屁一样。
