1)某人去local chase branch, chase banker让他先在chasing check 存了一笔 钱,
然后banker 打电话到chase credit department,帮他批了张卡.
之后好多人听说了也同样炮制, 被废.
2)某人打电话到chase executive customer service department, 三寸不烂之舌,终于
说服了对方, 通过了新卡申请.
无数人也识过这招,包括我,都没有奏效.
我打算给chase CEO 写信了. |

都是chase 先关卡， 没收人们的points， 人们没办法才BBB.
目前看来是被chase关卡的，以后就再申不了chase卡了， 因为已经被chase贴上
high risk, low profit的标签了,不管人们有没有BBB chase.
chase这么做是它的权利。 底层人员没什么可捅不捅的。
chase 过分的一点是家属连坐。 关某人的卡， household的所有人的卡都被关。
这个有点操蛋。 不过bottom line是， chase有权利关任何人的卡. |

但如果是其他银行的Checking,由于Chase在Quickpay发生时，不知道付款方的checking
里是否有足够的钱Cover掉整个Transation。等两到三个工作日后，如果Chase发现付款
方checking里没有足够的钱，Chase
Quickpay就会fail掉。
请大家注意，这年头，好人很多，但骗子难防的啊。在交易的时候，一定要等Payment Clear。最近
很多人就是被别人用Chase Quickpay给骗了。
一般来说，如果都是chase checking账户，收款方在接受钱后，整个transation就会处于
processing状态，但如果有一方不是chase checking的话，就只会处于accepted状态，次工作日
才会process,然后过几天才能post.

GIFT CARD,两三天后CHASE的ACCOUNT里显示PENDING.然后收到SHOPPER和CS的邮件说卡
已寄出。可是这两天登录进CHASE发现两张卡上SHOPPER和CS的TRANSACTION都消失了，
无PENDING,没有任何的消费记录。记得前两天版上有人说过在SHOPPER用CHASE卡被
CHASE BK (BLOCK)? 我担心过两天SHOPPER和CS在我的CHASE卡上CHARGE月费不成功而关

空卡。Citi AA被拒了，看到chase United Plus 或者Chase British Airways好像和
chase sapphire preferred的点数可以合起来用换机票。
求建议chase United Plus 和 Chase British Airways哪一个更合适、划算？两个卡近
期好像都有些优惠活动。
另外，因为上次申请chase sapphire preferred获批到现在才2个多月，是不是chase要
求必须等6个月才能申请下一张卡？

总结一下，有一个clean的信用报告最重要。LP跟我一样的背景，一不小心有一个late
payment，信用调到了700一下，虽然两个月后回到740，但最近申卡全部悲剧，毫不通
融。
今年五月以来申请的，每次都是同一天申请所有卡,非chase卡全部instant approval,
chase卡全部打电话reconsider，最后一个打了第三次才同意，拷问为什么今年申请这
么多卡，回答business需要大量travel，不过也不需要关卡，转credit即可。

去年二手版上某个收点的在一个账户里面流过了几百万的点，被关卡的时候还有上百万
的点。
他请了律师，闹到了chase高层，他得意地告诉我们这些转过点给他的人Chase为他专门
开了一个case讨论他的账户问题。他骗了chase点都是别人无偿给的。Chase没有证据证明
是买卖的，就留了一手，把点都转回了到原账户里了。这个人得瑟得都不行，趾高气扬
地编了个关卡理由骗我们，然后要求我们再把点转到他的另一个账户里面去。而且还高
调地跑到ebiz版上明说那个关卡理由是假的。而且还把我威胁了一番：他的律师都能把
chase搞定，何况我这样的小角色。退钱不行，一定得转点。我觉得他那样去搞chase太
过了，
劝他莫涸泽而渔，莫焚林而猎，人家那个得意忘形呀！
当时我就预感到chase可能会有关卡动作，而且可能会修改转点规则。果不其然，早阵
子版上好几个卡被关的抱怨贴。出现这个警告我一点也不惊奇。

我的chase checking2009年被关了，原因和另外那个帖子里类似，不过是存了一些
check。。。
后来我又有了chase两张信用卡，去了local branch好多次，总算把网上银行弄好了（
可以在线管理信用卡）
前几天chase给我mail，说open checking account有200bonus，我心想这么久了，就手
痒再去开了一个checking
结果我刚刚收到debit card还没有开通，就把我checking给又关了，更过分的是把我网
上account全关了，打电话去branch都不管用，我现在已经无法online管理我的2张
chase信用卡了，，，，我准备最近把它们都关了！
最气愤的是，我的checking opening deposit 500刀扣了钱到现在也不还给我！！！
chase说会直接reject我的那笔opening deposit，，，可是一周过去了，还没有reject
！！！再过几天，再不给我，我再去骚扰它。。。

想必大家对ABC-JK事件都已经很熟悉了。mitbbs大家也都在讨论119之后怎样能有效的
抵制ABC，争取美国华人的长久利益。其中一个最合理的建议就是抵制ABC的赞助商（其
中包括CHASE），并让他们知道[1]。已经有人给CHASE打过电话了，表达了对他们赞助
ABC的不满[2]。如果我们能给CHASE一些压力，这压力就有可能转移给ABC，避免今后类
JK事件的发生。
我知道最近CHASE freedom信用卡在促销，这卡也是最好的信用卡之一；我也知道这是
一个自由的国家，没有人能左右任何人的意愿，我只是希望大家在打算申请CHASE信用
卡的时候可以考虑一下他是ABC的赞助商（又不是没有别的选择嘛）。如果每个人都考
虑一下，可能本来今年10000个人申的，就变成80000个人了，这在CHASE的数据统计中
是能看出来的。如果再有方法能让CHASE知道这是因为ABC事件（具体怎么做欢迎大家集
思广益），他们就有可能会考虑明年不赞助ABC。

第一， 后门电话可以多次使用，有好几个朋友连续打了四次后门电话才通过的，可以
分早晚等不同时间打，因为不同时间碰到阿三和白人的概率不一样，换个好点的客服就
让你过来，所以只要没通过你可以多次尝试，至于最大数目目前还不清楚，欢迎试过的

第二，关于special consideration的误解，一直以来大家都以为需要存一万，实际并
非如此，一个月前有个朋友存款只有不到$4000, bank也帮忙办理了special
consideration，当时该人没有信用卡，chase开户四个月，所以只要你跟chase有业务
往来，找个好点的banker就可以帮你办理的，一个不行就换一个再试试
第三，柜台也可以申请reconsider，拿着拒信去找banker就行了，有个朋友打电话悲剧
好多次就拿着拒信去柜台碰运气就通过了，关键还是在于多尝试

split payment。第一张卡chase payr $300后，用其他的卡chase pay总不行 “
processing error mobile payment tenders". 只好用一张卡全付了。
先以为是chase pay 的问题，打电话到chase, chase 说没看到任何payment request。
才明白是best buy不让一单用chase pay split payment. 回来后才想到应该先用chase
pay 不同的卡买4张$300 的besyby gift card, 再用gift card 买MacBook。 |

前几天需要紧急汇几万美元给住在小县城的父母，在网上查到的信息很乱，有说快的有
说慢的，有说会丢的，形形种种。后来自己横下心来去办，结果经历还比较愉快，给大家分享一下。
汇款金额：不到五万
汇款地点：美国中小城市chase柜台
收款地点：中国不发达地区地级市农业银行
手续费：chase 收flat fee $45, 到帐之后，农业银行扣了700多人民币的税费，不知
道什么名目，不过加起来也不算什么了。
到帐时间：美国这边星期三早上汇的，中国那边星期四下午接到银行的电话说可以去结
汇了。
给chase提供材料：钱，驾照，接受方帐户号，姓名，接受方银行的swift code(网上可
以查到，具体到省分行就可以了）
总的来说相当满意。

发帖数: 9912 | 47 是这样，感恩节在BEST BUY用CHASE信用卡买了个STOVE，结果无端被CHASE给DECLINE
第二天我打电话确认是VALID TRANSACTION，觉得好像没事了，后来申请HELOC USBANK
说我的CREDIT报告上有FRAUD ALERT不能批准我的LOAN，我打电话去问CHASE，CHASE说
他们只能写个信说是DECLINE我的TRANS是因为SECURITY REASON，只是道歉，没做任何
解释。
我去CHASE银行找他们的BANKER评理，他们说只能在电话上VERIFY TRANSACTION。
现在我的LOAN被拒了，显然CHASE RUIN了我的CREDIT，虽然我的信用仍然是790，
USBANK
说有FRAUD ALERT，任何FINANCIAL INSTITUTION都不会给我LOAN，我现在准备起诉
CHASE，
HELOC拿不到，无端破坏我的信用造成损失，要求他们赔偿5万，WS一点SETTLE了给我2
万也行，

第一次买房，找Chase做preapproval letter。
那个Chase的人打印了一张纸，上面写了很多收费，最后他说要刷卡，就是那个
appraisal fee还是application fee，是$460，我问如果拿到了chase的preapproval
letter但最后去其他地方贷款，这个$460 Chase还收吗？他说：如果找了别人就不收，
如果最后找Chase做，就把这个$460还给我，算rebate，这样正常吗？这样岂不是这个
信Chase可能什么钱都没拿到？ |

开这个chase要求DD, 要是大家都做真DD,把paycheck,social security之类的打到
chase上, 那还有什么好说的.
大家现在不就是在打擦边球, 用假DD看,chase会不会算成真的.
你再看看楼主在问什么?
以前大家用ing , paypal 都能拿bonus, 然后慢慢这些chase都不给了.
最近有人用HSBC的也能拿到. hsbc的也不是真DD, chase不管就行.
要做真DD,lz还问ING做什么?
你这个什么是真正的DD问的没什么意思,chase的term里面就有说什么是qualify的DD,但
是如果假的DD也能拿, 不是更省事?
