发帖数: 4801 | 12 今天晚上的课是Waltz的several patterns还有Samba的2个pattern.
学来也不难。然后是volks，就是来回换位置了，也没啥，不过重新根据音乐
调整手臂动作，算个长进吧。舞伴积极，我也被带动的很积极。samba
还是个大家起跳就不想停下来的舞。规定动作作完，多数人还在继续的走桑巴步。
Waltz学的是两个turns, chasse，还有个什么东东。真正体会了一下
standard的难处所在。1-2-3，1是左脚回退，右转近180度，同时右脚画弧
过来，前迈，2右脚跨大步积累一些速度，rise on right ball, 180turn(pivot)，
3重心回落左脚。整个动作，很紧凑，动作需要高度精确，这样重心在旋转的时候
不至于东倒西歪。而且迈步要准确，男士在1处要小步做准备，转身，出右脚，
女士要大步+pivot，然后男士要给动量，rise同时在右脚的ball上做180垂直的
turn。这串动作虽然并非高难，但是如果没有作过类似的动作并不容易
掌握要领。所幸舞伴是高手 |

technical point of view. and if you were to read a technique book, they write

chacha是final 第8。其他是semifinal，哈哈。一共要50对，我们都在前12吧，呵呵
凭借的啥呢？
waltz: natural turn, reverse turn, change
quickstep: progress chasses
rumba: basics, new yorks, spot turn, fan, alemana
chacha:same as rumba
感觉waltz进了一大步，消除了timing的问题，也稳定多了。有起伏。
在semifinal里，大家都是silver class来的，就俺们还做那个俩基本动作，
也蛮难为裁判的哈

music,dancedance也bow一个，最后这几天抓紧训练的waltz基本步可以说是大见成效！

。 可惜他讲课安排不当， 前言铺垫花了一半的时间， 正文就没来得及讲完。 主要练
了chasse 和lock steps，(i learned the basic technique already). 亲眼、近距离
、慢动作看eugene演示， 还是有帮助的。
samba细讲了cruzado walk， 跟其他老师的角度有些不一样， 还演示了他的routine里
面的相关部分。他特别提到个人有个人的理解，他演示的他的理解， 不等于别的老师
说得不对。 it is ok as long as it works for you. 客观地讲(其实是我的主观，
呵呵）， slavik 的cruzado walk更漂亮。
