chasse. First, there is no sway in Chasse from PP. It is impossible for both
M&W to do a (natural) turn without (swing and) sway. Without sway, your
body weight will carry both of you into Chasse because you do not tell the
lady to stop on two. Second, count one has CBMP for both M&W. It is very
awkard to do a (natural) turn, if not impossible, from CBMP, because you are

就是说，forward chasse,要把重心留在后边，这样，才能把

I usually get such a problem for an unfamiliar partner. It may help a little
bit if it is right after the whisk step, but even in that case it still
happens.
The chasse is a 4 step count in 3 beats (1 bar), but the partner may always
dance only 3 regular steps for the first time so that both's feet won't
match afterwards.

用100%的能力来做80%的事情。
之所以好看，是因为自然，之所以不好看，是因为不自然。来试试看，有没有办法把两手
和两脚放到身体的同一侧？有的，条件就是要撅其他的部位。所以不自然，不好看。
一个newcomer, 可以把chacha, rumba的动作做的很简单，不要chasse,不要rock, 只管跟
着音乐开步走，就很看。Chachacha，我就老老实实的123迈3步，其实蛮好看的。To him/
her, 这个简单吧，人人都能跑，何况是走！这里走是自然的，非要个newcomer去做老师才
能做的chasse，那就会很难看。
来比较一下latin和standard, 为什么latin里边人的站姿多的是基本直立，或者面对的时
候要略向前倾？因为latin里边两人相对位置比较远些，如果后仰，那就没法跳舞了。而前
倾的时候，比如前后chasse，这个时候有两人的手臂在略腰的位置做connection,同时pus
h，那么如果身体都是后仰，如果还有push，那就只有摔跤了。Standard里边两人为什么都
要后仰，除了因为身体位置很近，所以胸及以上需要 |

早的就把日期定在这个party前两天，就是为了来参加这个
party。一年以前我刚刚学了些social dance，就以为会跳舞
了，其实我连international和American styles的区别都没搞
清楚。当时拉着我的美“女朋友”去看望music,本来也是想看看
别人是怎么跳舞的，没想到两个区别是如此的大，当music很
娴熟的开始在chacha中做forward的chasse的时候，我一下就
被2件事给弄呆了：1。她的forward chasse如此优美，加上摆
胯，我在social dance里还从未和高手follower过过招，这种
优美一下子就把我给弄楞了。2。肤浅的学了social dance，
还没有学到任何使用forward chasse的American style
figures，我没有可以用来应付的招数。不过这种经历是如此
的有益，它教会了我原来舞是可以这么跳的。也让我彻底下决
心来好好习舞。
于是去见我的美“女朋友”。一年没见，还是很漂亮，乖乖的，
讨人恋爱，呵呵。商定，一起再去见 |

那个alternative compact chasse 又是啥东东呢？
samba里头所谓的shadow position是不是两个人跳同样的步子？那从一般的position进入
shadow position是不是必须得有一个人做个foot change？然后从shadow出来，又有一个
foot change呢？ |

hockey stick, into a fan another, into an alemana, then new yorkers and spot
turns.又教了一个华尔兹的long side, a natural spin turn into a closed change,
into a side chasse, a weave and another side chasse and half a natural turn
into a close. 版嫂更喜欢standard一些,因为她说她的个性不适合跳拉丁.不过没关系.
只要她喜欢跳舞,跳什么都无所谓.说不定我们以后还会比赛呢.赫赫.

Waltz fallaway revere slip pivot listed two optional timings: 123&, or 1,2&3
Foxtrot fallaway reverse listed several optional timings:
SQQS,SQQ&,SQ&Q,S&QQ,QQQQ
But there is no variation in timings as for waltz chasse or quick open
reverse. As far as I know, the majority of syllabus dancers still dance
chasse as 12&3. Then is SSQQ for quick open reverse allowed in closed
syllabus? Sorry for being such a bookworm. :P |

这跟左右派有个屁关系？畜生除外，要是个人，能从鸭子上轧过去吗？老夫见到这种情
况的多了。在美国西方，任何人都会减速，停下来。不是这个判罚本身有问题，就是报
道不全面。有英语的报道吗？在美国，前面的车有right of way, 后面看到前面的任何
