无非几个api，选一下协议，会丢包的话，多verify几次
在server side建一个sequence，然后对每一个msg分配一个#
client side不仅发，同时还需要验证收到msg的#是否正确
比如之前收到的是1,下一个收到的是3,那么中间就丢了2,向服务器发请求
要求重传，服务器收到这个请求之后，piggybag之前的msg，这里就是2和3一起
发给客户端，所以服务器需要对msg做一定的缓存，等chat结束之后
再从内存中删除，可以用点redis之类的，以缓解jvm内存的压力
我们刚用这种方式做了一个射击游戏的prototype
各种要求肯定比chatting要严格得多，效果很不错
所以如果我们ok的话，chatting应该也ok

其实这倒不太关我的事，但是实在是让我不爽了一下。有个国内做代购的朋友下了4台
mint到转运地址，结果运到2台，invoice上也是2台，tracking也是2台的重量，然后她
就联系客服，人家说我们这查的是4台都寄了，让她打电话。她口语不好就麻烦我打个
电话。
第一次，我说我是xx，我要帮朋友查询一下这个单子，结果cs说你不是下单的人我们死
活都不能给你查，不管你提供哪些信息都不行。我想好吧，这也算是个理由吧。。。
第二次，chat，我说我是单子上的人，然后查来查去，还是说寄了4台，我正跟他解释
重量的问题，结果人家就直接关了。。。
第三次，chat。结果居然是朋友碰上的那个客服，解释到一半，还是死活说寄了4台，

我就要了两次.有个REBATE,是网上买的东西,本来是我自己网上提交的,等了1个多星期,
都没有动静,我就去问,第一位客服说我的提交的REBATE没有进他们的系统,根本不会处
理的,他也不知道原因,但是他可以帮我提交,还VALID,给了我一个新的REBATE号码.我后
来才知道,他把我的地址弄错了.都不知道是哪搭的地方,名字也不对;强烈怀疑他在和我
CHAT的时候和另一位或者几位同时CHAT,贴地址贴错了.我傻等一个月,CHECK没有影子(
网上CHECK的状态是没有兑现的;收到CHECK的人还比较老实,没有拿去兑现),我就又CHAT
,第二位客服很爽快地取消第一张CHECK,他说发给我第二张了,还好心告诉我如果万一第
一张来了,也不要去兑.因为太顺利了,我当时就忘了和他核对地址了.
又傻等半个月,还是没有影子.我越想越不对,第三次CHAT,我直接问某某号码的REBATE地
址是什么.才发现弄错了.因为是
网上买的单,SHIPPING地址什么的都是我的,客服也就没有说什么,发了第三张CHECK给我

了460。仔细看，是因为他们系统错误，把每条线单独charge了一个mobile share plan
的钱。而且是从phone从warehouse开始寄出的那天就开始charge （因为我想过段时间
才transfer 号码，当时order的时候专门问客服，说是没问题，是从phone activate之
后才开始算。) 没想到接下来就开始了痛苦的customer service 经历。。。
先是online chat, 挺好，说他们弄错了，但是我需要打电话给他们才能apply
adjustment.
接下来打电话，客服说好，弄好了。结果过了半天，online显示数额没变。。。
又online chat，说是这个他们做不了主，需要supervisor approve, supervisor 3小
时内打电话给我。
半天没人鸟我，再电话联系客服，说是supervisor 度假，下周回来才能弄，我说那今
天还能解决问题吗？丫把电话挂了。

抱着试试看的心理，找他看了点小病，被他诊断为肾阳虚并稍有肾阴虚
说说我的感受吧，希望能给大家些许启示
从开始到最后一共历时3-4个月吧。从对医生的完全信任到后来的怀疑直至放弃。开始
问诊，yiyiherb很有信心，答曰如果按照他的要求吃药啥的，1个月左右能完全好，但
后来结果是，按时熬药喝药，3个月了也没完全病愈（自我感觉能好到3成就不错了），
药效也起伏不定，时好时坏，开始几幅药感觉有好转，后来再喝同样的药就没效果了。
药对于我而言比较贵，一个疗程问诊，运费，药费一起平均有1百40的样子（也就能喝
10天吧）。开药之前都要问诊，这么做听来似乎是挺科学的，但给我的感觉有点摸着石

是data每月100M少了些。最近收到Ezkonnect的promotion email，说新推出一个ultra
flex plan，如果连定4个月或者一次定4条line，每月只要$12.5，有250M的data。所以
比以前用的更便宜，data更多，就决定switch。但是在ultra mobile的wallet还有
balance，就想把balance转移到新开的flex plan。所以这个事情涉及到三方，
A：ultra mobile，电信运营商。我在他家的以前帐号里面还有balance。
B：Ezkonnect，ultra mobile的retailer。我打算在Ezkonnect定flex plan。为什么用
Ezkonnect？因为免税，只要交$1的regulation fee。直接去ultra mobile要交将近10%
