事情经过有点长，麻烦大家给建议。
11月份签了新房合同。跟agent商量好build给的一半是commission fee，另一半agent
给我们存进escow账户，做为downpay。
12月份做loan application，今天和agent一起做final walk through。做完之后，
agent告诉我另外1.5%的rebate不能给我了。原因是钱不能存入escow账户。并且不能给
check。只能买冰箱，洗衣机，烘干机（大概2000），其他剩下的，没办法给我。更可
笑的是，agent说这剩下的钱干脆就算是给他的bonus了，大概8000左右。
现在房子已经修好了，我们也非常喜欢这个房子，29号就close。这10000元rebate我们
也有其他计划，现在agent突然反悔，让我觉得有受骗的感觉。这个rebate有邮件

.Net 3.5 SP1, Linq2Sql, ASP.NET, WCF
其它后来所有的新版本, 新FEATURE, 感觉都有点脱裤子放屁. .NET4.0 我研究了很长
时间, 还是觉得没有必要升级. 没有任何新的东西.升级风险很大, 得不偿失.
EF也做的越来越臃肿, 复杂. LINQ 2 SQL足够了.
MVC也扯淡. ASP.NET本来不是MVC的东西, 硬要用这个基础做一个MVC出来. 要做干脆另
起炉灶, 现在搞得不伦不类, 太像业余选手. 还搞不同的SCRIPTING ENGINE, 感觉象业

因公出差无论机票高铁都自动给你带保险，整个过程出事都属于因公
公司要给补偿
旅游你不是天天都在旅游，就走辣么几天，可以自己买那么几天独立保险
也可以根据健康状况适度调整体力，这些都是可预测的，又不是那个叫cheds的全家都
癌症晚期的边缘，无处不在花钱所以要平时投资昂贵保险来换取每个家庭成员几十万的
洗肾费
你说话不能太极端了，正常人不会在夏威夷从感恩节待到圣诞节顺便过完元旦再接着过

After all, poor students did a lot of ws things - who can say they never wat
