planning, corruption and incompetence, into something worth cheering about;
although I'm clueless as how anyone can feel good about themselves, in this
situation, by trashing another country.
Shouldn't India benefit more from admitting its failures, and from enacting
reforms so the same mistakes can be avoided in the future?

）
2. 不需要护照，也不需要出国，只要有国内大银行的存款证明即可（我用的招行的，

话，只要法律或者协定没有改变，民众就只能“理解要执行，不理解也要执行”。
与法律相关的某些工作者出于维护自己地位的考量，当然会大声疾呼法律或者协定“神
圣”不可侵犯，任何人都不能违背。但在现实中，这个世界的运行却从来不是这个样子
的。尽管表面上看来法律或者协定是死的，人是活的，实际上最终还是需要法律或者协
定去适应民意，而不是民意去适用法律或者协定。一个法律或者协定违背了民意，要么
