lunch：芹菜炒木耳+醋溜包菜总共1cup 多点，+half bowl rice（大约50g），几口宝
宝的
cheesy pasta ，3块糖醋cod
，半杯无

snack：1个banana+若干葡萄
dinner:2.5 bowl菠菜蛋花汤，5slices bread自制BBQ pork burger；估计菜吃得不够
，又
吃了一个cheesy blueberry dannish。
晚上：大约1/4cup ice cream+几片chips+1.5个orange
总结：早餐和午餐自己认为控制得还算不错，但是晚餐由于比较累就没做菜，结果暴了
碳水；因为
dannish甜度不够，又吃了冰激凌和chips（不是自己找客观理由，主要是我一看到我女
儿不吃饭，
还不停揉搓食物，老公还忍着盼望她一些我就烦，因为最后又一桌一地的，还得我收拾
，唉！）
这周集训要结束了还有一天，我的成绩我都汗颜呀；明天努力控制加油！ |

于什么原因，主动offer的，那么当之无愧，否则，拿了经济舱的票客人自己去“争取

然后就是“感情戏” 讲文盲连长和文工团女团长 俩人都是四川老乡 他们如何用着陈
腐（corny，cheesy。。。还有啥同义词？）的革命军人语言，在精神上前戏并在精神
上操逼的 很崇高 很红色 很好 主旋律的东西 习大大看了很是kee母鸡 完全都是中央
一台新闻联播以后的电视剧的风格 各种恶心 感觉穿越回90年代了。。。 看的吐得不
行 把开映前吃的韩国年糕火锅吐的差不多了 趁众人不备就猥琐地爬出了影院。。。

这个亚裔男演员叫做Ken Jeong，本是医生。但因为一直以来对演艺的爱好，在做医生
的时候也抽时间去做standup comedia。
他在一个采访里说：
"I remember when I did stand-up initially, I never joked about being in med
school because I didn’t want to rely on that. I felt like I had too much

事实上被问到The Hangover里的正面全裸角色的时候，他说这个其实是他的idea。
