正成为一个糖妈，并从OB、营养师那里学到很多东西之后，我反而有点庆幸自己经历了
这些……
第一个想说的是，请大家一定不要在测试中“作弊”。我之前看到有周围朋友或者网上
有JM说，做测试的时候，喝完糖水多走动走动，会帮助你通过测试。的确是这样子的，
但是这不是一般的考试，以通过为目的；我们要确保自己分解糖分的能力的确没问题，
这样才能确保之后自己和宝宝的安全健康。这种测试中的“作弊”行为，是不负责任的！
接下来说说我的经历吧，蛮简单的。我1小时的测试没过，我的OB没有立刻让我做3小时
的测试，而是安排我去做了fasting(就是空腹不喝糖水的测试)，这个测试的目的是检
验是不是本身就有糖尿病的潜在基因，结果我那次测试不单不高，而且还反映出我天生
低血糖……于是根据这个情况，医生就建议我去见营养师，他说尽管我不算是妊娠糖尿
病，但OB觉得我的血糖总是不平稳，这样对宝宝很不利。
于是去见了营养师，学到了很多东西。首先她就讲解了为什么会在孕后期出现妊娠糖尿

一天，他的午餐是：
一小盒牛奶，估计150毫升
一小包cheetos
一个苹果（沙拉水果选一）
一个鸡肉汉堡
我问要不要吃我带去的牛肉馅饼，儿子不要，接着吃他领的午餐：cheetos吃完了，在
汉堡挤满番茄酱，咬了一口。拿起苹果咬了一口，喝了大半牛奶，就要去扔掉了。我说
了下之后又咬了一口汉堡和苹果，不吃了。我尝了那个汉堡，以我饭桶的胃口都觉得不
咋的，可以肯定在我儿子的嘴巴里面肯定是难吃。
暑假里夏令营需要自己带饭，结果是早上忙得要死准备的午饭也是只吃一点点，偶尔好
吃的可以吃一大半。

snack before dinner. forgot what I had for dinner. Costco's
dumplings/potstickers (8) for dinner. Had a bowl of oatmeal before bed.
