本书引用过，这本书自身介绍把自己说的很牛比，也大段说了我的工作。也提到我的名
字。但是就这点不够啊。
二作的引用很多，有一篇被chemcial review引了，也大段的说了，但是开头是这样说
的Better performance has been reported by xxx et al.(xxx 是第一作），这个能
吹么？
还有一篇二作也被chemcial review引了，没有大段说，说了这是最近做的一个比较好
的结果，在文章中没有说xxx报道这样的字眼。还有，我一作中做过类似的工作，可以
把我的一作和二作这两篇文章放在一起吹么？
还有一篇三作被ChemInform Abstract收录，同篇文章还被chemistry of materilas 里
的一篇review文章大段说了，但有xxx.et al报道的字眼，怎么吹？ |

这里的菜鸟还是居多的。大多数人做MF/ETF也不是因为做股票做透了看透了（象版大那
样），而是觉得自己还是不能很好的handle股票的reward/risk,加上生性也不是好赌好
冒风险的。这样很好。
不过，大家可以做做野鸡FA，分析一下sector啊，比如看好某个国家/地区，看好某个
板块（energy, metal, commodity, agricultural chemcials, defense, tech etc.)
然后说说理由。我想版大肯定喜欢这样的讨论。然后大家可以再一起找出相关的MF/ETF
,比较一下他们的holding，他们的manager，那样不就非常有的放矢了。:)
其实做板块的FA也不容易，不过至少大家都能说上几句。

发帖数: 2065 | 9 Terminix 是比较大的一家虫害防治公司。可以去问问这家。
不过实际上自己也能做这个事情。而且未必比专业公司做的不好。在Homedepot有卖预防和监控Termite的套装。可以把它埋在4周，隔2~3星期观察一下有没有被吃掉，如果有迹象饵被吃掉，那就开始放装了毒饵的木块，这个Homedepot都有卖。
Terminix使用的是Dow chemcial的， Sentricon Recruit 是一种Chitin Synthesis Inhibitors， 白蚁吃了脱不了壳，造成大伙一块完蛋，缺点是白蚁王会下更多的蛋来保持种群活力。这个都是专业杀白蚁公司用的，市面上买不到，好比处方药。
Homedepot 有卖的牌子有：Firstline，Timber， Boracare， Subterfuge 是胃毒药，价格便宜，效果也好，白蚁吃了就死的那种。
还有Spectrum， DIY的那种。Bayer的Outpost 和BASF 的Termidor Subterfuge
根据BASF的宣传，这个要比Dow Chemical Sentricon效果要好。所以我觉得如果要自己搞得话，可以买BA... 阅读全帖 |

waste storage两个房间share一个fume exhaust，这样恐怕不好吧？请问这是否违反相

got the online edition.

what they had learn in school either.
By the way I want to ask what you guys think of the job market of ME comparing
to other engineering major? of course we can't compare to computer engineering
and electrical engineering. so how is civil engineering? materail engineering?
