一直J1 visa
06年二月第一次入境，07年一月回国，在国内待了1年半，08年9月再次J1入境，一直到
现在。
每年在美的天数
06 322天
07 24天
08 108天
09 365天
我的理解是J1可以有3整年（36个月）的tax exempt，所以我09年仍然可以申请tax
exempt。
但应该用1040申报，附上8833说明情况。请问我这样的做法是否正确。

上一段时间刚爆出芮成钢代表亚洲事件时，我跟美国的朋友在网上为他而争论。因我在
网上搜到中国大陆对芮的介绍，介绍里将他说成是一个“造学问的人”，而且还要是在
耶鲁造学问，但我美国的朋友在耶鲁的官方网站上怎样也搜不出他毕业的资料，于是就
很肯定的跟我讲，芮不是就读于耶鲁大学的，更不是毕业于耶鲁或在耶鲁造学问的。
为此，我对这芮生产很大的好奇心，很想知道到底是怎么一回事，于是跟朋友一
起上网搜索芮成钢其人其事，一搜之下发现原来“西西TV”与他一起撒谎，及故意夸大
其词来误导观众。
