不知道在这家买猫粮人的多不多，反正之前偶是买过几次。他们的模式是在你checkout
时，会让你必须选一个“定期送货”（scheduled delivery）的选项，即几个星期或几
个月之后他们自动给你寄第二批猫粮，然后第三批，第四批……这样。等于让你定期在
他们网站自动再购买。
如果你不选“scheduled delivery”，他们的系统就会说你现在看到的这个价格是必须
选“scheduled delivery”才有的所谓优惠价格，如果你选“只买一次”就不是这个价
格了,blablabla……。反正偶每次都选的定期送货，也没去看过只买一次是什么价格。
反正过后就可以在账户里点个cancel， 把定期送货取消掉，很容易，谁知道几个
月后还是不是住在现在的地址，或者谁几个月后还一定能记得在这网站上还有这么一
order。
虽然不是很喜欢他们这种方式，而且也没觉得他们的所谓定期送货优惠价有多便宜... 阅读全帖 |

刚订了两张9月份回国的机票，国泰/港龙从纽约飞香港转回国内。因为家在南方，所以
在行程上并没有多花多少时间。
两张往返票花了ba 10w miles+ 794(397*2 tax/surcharge),如果往返不是周末的话，

朋友帮忙读了code，是P0325 OBD-II，好象是什么knock sensor出问题了，但我也不懂。
今天打电话问其他熟人，有人怀疑是油路堵塞的问题；
打电话给Tuffy，Tuffy说要做一个100刀的diagnostic check才能判断是什么问题。
又在网上搜到AAMCO，说能帮忙做个免费的半小时左右的check。
想去试试再决定到哪修？
AAMCO以前没听过，口碑怎么样？不知道有没有人遇到过同样问题？谢谢～～～

开过去一个大叔，穿着猥琐的旧西服
我说我想试试explorer sport，他说找找，我们走了5分钟。。。问了两个工人
终于找到最后一辆，标价48555，基本全配上了 402A又加了些什么
给我们show了半个小时的voice control。。。其实我们都不太关心
过了半天才让我上驾驶席
座椅真皮，内饰细节比之前的limit好一些
车内空间比GC富裕，第二排富裕不少，第三排其实也还可以接受
开起来，手感和原来租的那个差不多
感觉就是方向不是很灵敏，很难形容，有点腻想转的时候他不动，你动了一下他又过了
的那种感觉。
动力依然不足
开起来噪音有一些，尤其是从下面传来的声音，轮胎和地面的声音，有点怪
座椅降温的时候有很大的风扇声。。。
其他都挺不错，样子也酷一些

One can use this as a rough guideline for depreciation when purchasing new
cars? E.g., if 4runner is OTD <$4500 more than grand cherokee, 4runner is a
better deal. 4runner OTD >$6000, then grand cherokee might not be a bad deal.

laoselang的帖子，lsl问题指数=#complaints/#sales*100。 complaints数字来源于
carcomplaints对于每个车型的报告（nhtsa和carcomplaints网站提交问题的汇总），
销售数字来自goodcarbadcars的统计。虽然不能严格说当年卖的就是当年的款，不过粗
略看看还是可以的。

FORD FIESTA S, JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO 4X2. 都是在南加。
朋友的TOYOTA COROLLA LE, 深灰色， OTD 16800. 去年10月份成交。2个小时搞定价格
，后来保险和FINANCE 搞了4个小时。
FORD FIESTA S (BASIC MODEL + AUTO TRANSMISSION+ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM), BLUE
FLAME METALLIC， 2011年3月份成交， 提车时25 MILE。 $13000+400(ANTI-THEFT
SYSTEM)+TTL=OTD $15128. 这个基本上比TRUECAR 上低一点，在Fiesta Faction网站上
也是比较低的价钱（有一个$13250+TTL, 这个也是在南加，不过没有ANTI-THEFT

新车的话，xterra是这三个里面唯一非承载式车身（body on frame）的，其他两个是
承载式车身（unibody)的。承载式车身好处是比较结实，好维修。缺点是重、废油、重
心高，舒适性有时候差点。
越野的话，grand cherokee和x-terra都可以很强，看具体配置。pilot不行。
公路上的话，pilot和grand cherokee比x-terra强。
在乎噪音的话，pilot比较差。x-terra不知道，grand cherokee相对安静一点。 |

发帖数: 29 | 41 刚到亚特兰大一个月，上个周末和芝加哥来的两个朋友一起开车去了Smoky Mountain，
Charleston和Savannah，发点照片和游记上来看看哦～
周六一早出发，芝加哥来的朋友特意带了短袖来南方，结果还是得裹得严严实实出门。
八成风雪就是追着他们来的。。。开车差不多4个多小时，就到了Cherokee，Smoky
Mountain National Park在North Carolina的entrance。接下来就是找那个visitor
center，GPS、问人，兜来兜去还是花了快一个小时才找到-_-!在找visitor center的
路上，还进了Cherokee的welcome center，里面的人告诉我们说因为下雪，通往
Gatlinburg的路被封了。到了visitor center，坏消息被再次证实，从Cherokee到
Gatlinburg当中的trail被close不说，原本花半个多小时就可以到的Gatlinburg现在要
绕2个多小时才可以到～～～
因为晚上的motel订在了Galinburg，所以要赶着开车去那边，在Cherokee visitor

休斯顿地区原来的印第安人是切若基Cherokee。当年本来Sam Houston时代白人已经同
Cherokee的首领签订了合约，印第安人放弃绝大部分土地。但白人后来撕毁条约，向印
第安人开战。没有办法，Cherokee的首领只好带领所有能战的人应战。当然结果是什么
可想而知 -- 没有一个活口。
开战之前逃出去的老弱病残到了Oklahoma。
Cherokee的首领当年已经83岁，还挥刀上战场。他使用的刀若干年后被送还到在

grandfather was born on a reservation and was 100% Cherokee. My father was a
US History professor in American universities. He claimed to be a Cherokee
okie from Muskogee, Oklahoma.
My wife is black... we're Americans. We've learned to forget the past and
have figured out how to blend in to create a comfortable existence for us,
our kids and our extended family.

特小，根本不是开SUV的感觉，还不怎么便宜。最后买了Jeep grand cherokee laredo
+ sun/sound package（天窗，音响，倒车影像/雷达。。。），税前27000。便宜了快1
万刀。给你参考一下。
Jeep的cherokee评价一向不错，至少在我们这，目测看，每天能看到10几辆开cherokee的，我们
这还是农村。最近2011款要出来了，2010款很大的deal，大部分都比msrp便宜7000-10000. |

I haven't drove a newest Gen Cherokee so I can't say about the driving part, but I've drove a 2007 Cherokee for a while and it was not a very good experience. I'm not saying all US cars are junk, but man the handling and interior design of that Cherokee suck big time.
