片，我那时候就靠chex活命了。任何时候，都不要 让你的胃空着，空胃，最容易恶心
了。如果有低血糖，随身携带一两块巧克力，可以救急。

减肥的人，就是要营养，不要热量！！！你们瘦子不懂我们的苦
就像罐装果汁，我就觉得那是syrup+维生素粉调的，syrup这栋西很廉价，而且人身体
不好代谢..
can food不用说，就是放超过3个月的剩菜。
我觉得yeca买那个blendtec自己打谷子，frozen yogurt很好
我想买个dehydrator，就可以把 一些蔬菜叶子干化成chip，吃多少也不担心肥胖，比
