Dearborn 现在sale. 2 br 2 ba 大概要260k吧。但是broker说要40percent

sky. No one care. Imaging a crazy cold city like chicago, it was a joke to
see its hokey team constantly lost to warm area team like LA Kings.
Three years ago, Blackhawks management team began to bring in young player
with potential. After years' hard work without gaining attention, they won
the championship tonight. This is truly amazing and surprising.
This reminds me Chicago white sox of 2005.

and Jan are pretty much the same in the two cities but chicago has a warmer
feb and march (although probably still cold by american standards). The main
difference is that chicago weather is more variable because it's west of
the lake michigan while toronto is north-west of lake ontario but has lake
erie west and close by. That means that in a warm spell, chicago gets warmer
, but in a cold spell, it also gets colder.

，现在完全是看不出来的了。
推荐lz去chicago history museum看看，从chicago的第一个小茅屋开始到现在的历史

我做这个测验的原因也是想宣传一下PickRide这个手机应用,主要是iPhone和Android手
机用户，普通手机用不了这个。现在在澳洲、北欧都非常流行，但是现在在Chicago好
像知道这个的华人不多， 我估计现在整个CHICAGO周边估计就几百个用户左右，人气少
了点, 最近WOODDALE一带好像只有8、9个新用户注册（我看到他们在PICKRIDE地图上的
NEW STICKER了）。
昨天傍晚想出去一下，路比较远，但登录之后显示附近没有司机。 平时白天也是这样
，上线了最起码要等10分钟以上才有同方向司机，郁闷。 要是像澳洲的一些城市那样
用PICKRIDE就爽了，任何时间拼车都不用等。 这关键还是个用户密度的问题。
好处还是有的，我上次去O’ HARE，一共花了10个美金，一个四川司机刚好去O’ HARE

设在chicago周围。比如我老公的公司，有南区，西区，东区和中部。然后同一公司一

2。谁说文化不好来者，chicago的世界知名交响乐队（把这个忘了，呵呵）。每个周六
，在 millennium park, 就是那个，大便豆的公园，7-10点，都有露天的交响乐欣赏（

A new Apple Store is coming to South Loop according to a Chicago city
alderman. The store, which may be coming to the Roosevelt Collection, would
join flagship stores Lincoln Park and North Michigan Avenue as Chicago's

夏季就毕业拿到MBA master学位，现在在chicago，想转Accounting，现在知道DePaul
和UIC都不错，但是学费也较高，申TA和GA之类的没有很大把握，但是也在申请。
我的问题是
1.有没有其他不错的学校，读Accounting，有可能拿到TA，GA。想一起申请。
2.也在考虑读finace的Phd，不知道是不是个好主意。
现在prefer读Accounting Master。
请各位大侠出主意。
