我很惊诧，Faculty居然发出这样的毫无水平的帖子，连基本的数数都不会的帖子。并

“公知”的话都要看看是不是说的事实。糊弄人太害人了。
“青千名单里一个有趣的现象”所Berkeley只有一个千青，我开始以为是某个专业的。
但是对比Stanford，数据应该所有的青千，查了一下有33个stanford的关键词。用“
berkeley”查是13个。很多劳伦斯国家实验室其实也算berkeley，因为人事关系的原因。
即使排除劳伦斯国家实验LawrenceBerkeleyNationalLaboratory（LBL），也有5个，不
知道1和0的数据怎么得来的。

For EB3, every country has PD. Chinese and Indian has PD around 2001 to 2003
and ROW has PD around 2005. My question is why ROW PD can moves to 2005 but
Chinese's still around 2003 and Chinese doesn't get 28.3% x 7% x 140000.
Chines EB3 should get 28.3% x 7% x 140000 then the PD can be older than ROW.
It applies to Indian as well. PD should decide how to assign visa number.
