NEW YORK (Reuters) – Intel Corp cut its first quarter revenue forecast by $
300 million on Monday due to the costs associated with correcting a design
flaw it discovered in one of its chips.
Intel said it has stopped shipments of the chip and has implemented a fix.
It will begin delivering an updated version of the chip to customers in late
February. Total cost to repair and replace the chip is expected to be
around $700 million, it said.

the chip.
首先一个问题：为什么要用wiifree???
1． Almost Free.
2． Upgradeable. 现在市面上流行的三种chip，1) winja, 不能upgrade, 2)
cyclowiz, 号称可以upgrade，但是很值得怀疑，官方的upgrade至今还没有出现，已经
跳票了好几个星期了。而且bug非常多。3）wiikey, 这个是目前评价是最好的，可以
upgrade，但是需要刻DVD，而且我很怀疑究竟能upgrade到什么程度。如果nitendo发现
了mod的问题，改进firmware的话，很有可能chip就废了。DVD upgrade 毕竟是 very
limited.
3． 即插即用。如果焊一般的chip,很难disable.很容易被nitendo发现。（当然你
可以加switch）. 就像早期的xbox一样。Wiifree 是插在socket里面的，拔出来就完全
disable了。

始以為是正常反應，後來一直沒消退，把他嚇壞了，還以為是脂肪瘤或者癌症之類的。
也懷疑過是不是chip，但是打電話問shelter，說chip注射在了脖子上。這幾天我們兩
個胡思亂想了好多，做出了各種可怕的假設。今天去獸醫院檢查，獸醫一摸就懷疑是
chip，結果掃描一下果真確定了。
獸醫說因為我家小子太活躍了，所以chip在體內會變位置，有的狗狗甚至會從耳朵
上移動到腳上。
總之兒子沒事就好啦，萬事大吉 ^^
PS,前幾周發帖說它它有心理問題，現在也解決了，雖然還是喜歡往沙發下面鑽，不過
依舊是一隻能吃能睡的小公主。

DNA做CHIP,保留15ul作为input.CHIP-DNA和input-DNA用同样的方式purify到同样的体
积里。做QPCR的时候，先将input做梯度稀释，做出一个标准曲线。比如说稀释五倍。
第一个点是10% input, 第二个点2%input，第三个点0.4%input....PCR仪会根据你的标
准曲线，计算CHIP-DNA相当于x% input.这就是你的normalize 过后的值。
对于不同的细胞要用不同的标准曲线，比如说WT，要有WT的标准曲线；Mut,要有Mut的
标准曲线。这个时候IgG作为negetive control，比如说相当于0.03%input；那你的
postive signal 就可能是相当于0.3% input（相对于IgG 有10倍enrichement）。 |

只说两个数字0.1% Vs.3%.
可以参考Abcam及其他抗体的说明书，一般你的input%能达到0.3%就已经非常牛叉了。(
我这里说的是histone的)，对于TF，我基本没有见过有人敢报出input% (因为实在太低
了，不过也不要紧，得和mock比较)。
你的mock都有0.1%之高，说明你的mock IP有太多input DNA，除了楼上说的sonication
不完全，还有wash是不是extensive的等等其他因素。（可以google好好看看chip
protocol）。
你的IP有3%，这个简直是让我震惊。。。。同样存在我上一段解释的问题，另外你是不
是overcrosslink了等其他因素
你的这些数字如果是给真正做ChIP的人review，会有涉嫌造假的嫌疑。还是先好好优化
下chip条件（除了有mock，还得有IgG，negative primer等等其他一起比较），chip-
qpcr不是一个容易的活儿，论坛上以前讨论过的。 |

，chip背面是N type, 镀有Ni/Au 的薄模。
现在要设计一个Submount，就是为了给SOA供电，自己对这种Submount不太懂，是这样
设计的：一片PCB的上面分割成两个单独的区域，A区域是是接正电极，B区域接负电极
。正电极和chip的p type连接用 wire bonding的方式，那chip的N type 如何连接PCB
的负电极？用什么导电胶来粘，还是怎么办？
另外，我的这种Submount设计对吗，似乎google不到相关的资料。谢谢建议 |

排放污染。然后搜了下review，有篇review就推荐一个品牌别的都很烂。然后有个英文
的论坛说，performance chip就是个骗局，别信那些review，都是托。
刚看chip的广告的时候，提高MPG4~7，还挺心动的。

chip. 过了两天他们派了个field inspector, 说rock chip is not covered. 再联系
adjustor 就不理我了。

是CHIP只从生效日开始cover费用。住院时候的账单还是得按照母亲的保险cover孩子出
生30天内的部分账单，另算一份deductible。
建议还是得买好母亲自己的保险，另外还有产后六周检查、年检呢，或者其他可能的问
题。如果孩子的父亲没有收入，全家就靠母亲拿一份奖学金，可以给孩子申请medicaid
。这两个部门是相通的，互相会传递信息似乎。我宝宝本来是有CHIP，renew的时候发
信来说满足medicaid，就帮我们转成后者了。如果孩子的父亲也有收入，多数情况就是
超过收入要求了，那就更别担心了。
