最新一期Anal.Chem.，主编Murray的一篇editorial--“Roses and Raspberries”，说这几年有两类文章，一类以“Single XXX（XXX= molecule, cell, particles）”为代表的他很推崇的有challenging的工作，他称之为“Roses”。
另一类是电分析方面的，被他称为“Raspberries”---“There is a trend in
electroanalysis to explore composite modified electrodes--that is,
electrodes coated with a mixture of materials-generally aiming at a more
sensitive electroanalysis...such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, or chitosan.

上来先给一个花里胡哨的修饰流程图，scheme 1。首先是选材，很重要，什么金属纳米
，碳管石墨烯，量子点，纳米氧化物，高分子聚合物，生物大分子，两两组合，花样很
多；其次是工艺，不是滴涂晾干就是静电吸附，倍儿简单，上去就行；
接着搞几张结构表征。什么SEM,XPS,SERS,FTIR,XRD有啥上啥，反正咱不缺仪器；
差不多2/3了，最后来点所谓的应用，反正就是增强几倍到几个数量级，看你有多大胆了
。
完了之后吹吹重现性倍儿好。到底多好也看胆子了。
最后总结一下应用前景，反正是potentially significant。potential实在是个好词。
一句话，咱都是实在人，绝对不造假数据——咱就挑数据！
批评也是好事，说明我军引起了广泛的注意。。。

的一片文章，真是搞笑阿，能一样么能一样么？咋不去声讨全世界用chitosan，用
hyronic acid，用PLLA，用PEG-hydrogel在不同场合的人呐？
后来这篇文章顺利在另外一个杂志发表，发表后一年就被引用10次，其中好几位都是来
自名校如剑桥的生物教授，在review里讨论的。
有很多评审的人滥用自己手中的权力，无论是审文章还是审grant。
当然，编辑怎么决定那就是编辑的事情了，
确实，很多杂志的定位不可能太高，拒别人次数多了，别人不投稿了，
而且直接影响编辑和作者的关系，
能当编辑的，都不会情商太低的。。。。 |

、控释等都有非常显著的作用，因此，药用辅料的更新换代越来越成为药剂工作者关注的
焦点。随着有关方面的研究增多，各种新型药用辅料不断问世，并在实践中得以广泛应用
。下面笔者介绍几种新型药用辅料的应用情况。
甲壳素（甲壳质） 它是一种含氨基多糖的天然高分子物质，广泛存在于海洋生物如
虾、蟹等甲壳中，资源丰富。甲壳素经化学修饰能生成多种衍生物，如其部分脱乙酰化可
得甲壳胺，也是重要的药用辅料。甲壳素完全脱乙酰化得到壳聚糖，同样是一种很有应用
价值的药用辅料。
片剂 甲壳胺既可作为粉未直接压片的辅料，且具有极优良的特性，又可用于药物控
、缓释给药系统。如常用辅料（甘露醇、乳糖或淀粉）中加入甲壳胺，可降低休止角而改
善混合粉未的流动性。将甲壳胺与乳糖、盐酸心得安混合直接压片，溶出实验结果表明，
属零级释放。有人采用气相色谱法研究了10名男性健康志愿者随机单剂量口服市售和以甲
壳胺为辅料的硝苯地平片后发现，后者与前者相比，其生物利用度为151. 8％，显著提高
了硝苯地平的生物利用度，明显改善了药物吸收。直接粉未压片所 |

literature. Can they give gel solutions in the existence of salt (like NaCl)?
Are they strong enough to suspend inorganic particles? I have never used them,
and I would like to give a try. But I don't know what are polyelectrolytes.
