There is concept called "pain killer ladder",
from moderate to strong pain killer.
ibuprofen is first choice, if prostagladin E is involved (this is about the
mechanism of pain). OB/GYN is always one of them, so I do think ibuprofen or
paracetamol is better.
For TCA, only when first level doesn't work, or the pain is caused by the
compression of the nerve, like disc hernication, where ibuprofen or
derivative doesn't work.

挥作用。胆固醇也帮助生产有利于消化脂肪的胆汁。胆汁有助于代谢脂溶性维生素
A，D，E和K。而所有这些脂溶性维生素和胆固醇一起存在于蛋黄中。
2、身体产生的胆固醇比吃的多
血液中的胆固醇主要来自肝脏和饮食。身体产生的胆固醇数量与摄入的多少有
