老子一查，很真是，二战的时候就是甘肃石油管理局的局长。要知道抗战的时候，中国
唯一能自己产油的是甘肃玉门油田，据有战略意义。从四川后方运，基本是运3桶最后
剩1桶，因为汽车来回要消耗2/3. 抗战的时候中国购买海外炼油设备想增加产能，结果
保密工作不到家，或者说鬼子情报很厉害，半路给炸了。

难以遏制的存量递增
某指数研究院提供的《上海市2011年1月至2011年5月商品住宅供求按月供求统计》显示
，上海今年上半年，商品住宅市场存量可售房源面积以平均每月以超过20万平方米的速
度递增。1-5月，上海市场可售商品住宅的总面积分别为618.86万平方米、628.93万平
方米、665.22万平方米、738.27万平方米、751.23万平方米，呈现明显的稳步上升态势。
同期，上海批准上市的商品住宅面积总计达到691.65万平方米，而相应时期的销售总面
积为558.33万平方米，两者之间的差额超过130万平方米。
根据前五月上海单月的销售面积水平，目前超过750万平方米的可售存量房源，完全消
化，理论上需要近7个月的时间。其他5个代表性城市，当前可售存量所需消化时间较上
海更长，最长的武汉和杭州均需要近两年的时间。
数据显示，武汉可售商品住宅存量面积，已从今年1月的1342.75万平方米，快速攀升至
