同样的code，在不同的windows 7的电脑上打开的效果不同，不知道这个在Windows7里
怎么设置。
同样打开file chooser，在一些电脑上，直接到了code所在的directory。
在另一些电脑上，把所有之前用过的文件都列了出来，比较好的，还有这些文件的最后
修改时间。
因为是同样的code，感觉是windows的设置，但又不知道怎么设置。另外file chooser
里有个选项是recently used，打开是空的。 |

看了陈方安生在卫报（The Guardian)上文章，我吓了一跳。莫非Anson Chan就是深海
，怎么就这样暴露了，潜伏了这么长时间，多不容易啊。

需要最多的勇气的。陈方安生们的勇气让人佩服。
我首先为英国人表示同情。陈方安生说英国人没有履行道义和法律的责任。这是不符合
事实的。有一种叫英国海外护照的证件，这是英国人专门为1997年6月30日前在香港出
生的人量身定制的。持有此护照，前往英国和许多英联邦国家免签证。2006年后，此护
照前往申根协定国家也免签。这应该是道义和责任的体现了吧。不过，香港人出去旅行
，大多喜欢用特别行政特区护照。前几年在泰国旅游的香港人对此更是感触很深。毕竟
，大陆接侨民时，对持特别行政区护照的人使馆是按自己人提供领事保护的。设想一下
，如果陈方安生坐在大陆的返乡飞机上时，她会走下去陪滞留的英国人吗？这时的她会
想起对英国的道义和责任吗？好处占尽关乎技巧，无可厚非，但好处占尽还得寸进尺就
是厚颜无耻。
