重，经常是一天到晚时时刻刻打。然后总是感到特别累。很多时候不愿意跟人说话。这
是chronic fatigue的表现吗？还有这个病在美国能看吗？保险cover否？多谢！ |

我觉得是因为俺年纪大了，运动太少，工作性质是电脑前坐一天。
我给自己想出的解决方案是每天运动，比如早上走路20分钟，中午爬楼梯15分钟，
晚上跑步/游泳30-60分钟。可惜，俺懒，SIGH。。。。

在降到13.1. 骨髓检查的结论是非特异性骨髓增生性疾病 或hypercellular marrow
with involvement by a chronic myeloproliferative neoplasma. negative for 慢
性和急性白血病。jak2 is positive. 医生说没有特别的治疗办法。3个月后重新查白
血球。现在心里很不安，请问有没有这方面知道多的朋友，给我们一些建议。也希望你

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，

1）emphysema和chronic bronchitis的病因是不是不一样呢？我感觉emphysema源于
endogenous antiprotease的缺乏,导致elastin被elastase分解,进而导致alveoli的弹
性被破坏；而chronic bronchitis是由于支气管壁发炎，出现mucus所导致咳嗽。不知
道我的理解对不对？
2）都说吸烟是导致COPD的主要原因，因为吸烟可以导致：1> oxidants/antioxidants
imbalance;2>apoptosis;3>chronic inflammation;4>protease/antiprotease
imbalance.请问这四者是相互关联,互为因果的吗?一个chronic bronchitis患者很有可
能患emphysema吗?
