目前有个肾病病人正在接受治疗，64岁，男性。一年前左肾肿瘤手术治疗，今年三月份
膀胱镜检查，发现膀胱转移，肾功能检查eGFR 59ml/min/1.73.诊断为3级肾衰（
Chronic Kidney Disease: Stage 3),今年3月26日起开始接受我的中医治疗。上个月即
6月15日复查肾功能eGFR 上升为77ml/min/1.73，肾功能明显改善，变成2级肾衰（
Chronic Kidney Disease: Stage 2)。并且再次膀胱镜检查未发现膀胱肿瘤。

headache，现在干脆叫chronic migraine。
我建议按偏头痛治疗一下， migraine prophylaxis是成功的关键。某些抗抑郁药可以
改善偏头痛，可谓一石二鸟。 |

persistant constipation. The basic workup should at least include
colonoscopy to check for colon polyps, sitz mark to check for colon transit
time, and possibly defecography and/or anorectal manometry to check for
pelvic muscle dysfunctions. If any abnormalities are found, you need to get
them treated.
For idiopathic chronic constipation, you can safely take MiraLax for life.

1。原文称，病人中高BMI生存率高。
2。我们一般说瘦点好，是正常人低BMI更健康
两者有什么区别呢？
举个极端的例子。很多病人中，那种还胖乎乎的多半能吃能睡。病人中那种低BMI的，
尤其是有些癌症，或者有胃病的，都瘦的皮包骨了，还生存个鬼啊。绝对是胖子没问题
。战俘集中营里，只怕也是低BMI的死亡率高吧，一个道理。这个网站上给出的figure
，就是两个指标的直接相关性，根本说明不了什么问题。
回到这个研究。他们对BMI高低的判断是被诊断为慢性心脏病时第一年。诊断时只怕已
经得病有几年了。这个时候的BMI，可能已经成为病情严重与否的signal了。病厉害的
，BMI低。以后死亡率高。要排除这个情况，得上溯N年，从犯病前的BMI算起，即健康
人的BMI。如果还是这个结论，我们才能说高BMI的人，得病后的死亡率低，这才是真的
paradox。

ricin toxin, if fully hydrolysed into amino acids, is not toxic.
anyway ur argument is way off topic -- such acute or chronic toxicity has
never been reported. any transgene that would pose acute or chronic toxicity
would have been excluded in very early stage of the project. |
